I give their plumbers five stars. They are efficient, courteous, and prompt.
Kathy, however, does NOT belong on phones. She is the most heinous, rude, snotty and unprofessional woman I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I like to keep a ""buy local"" mentality, but I would rather chew off my own arm then to ever give a penny of my hard earned money to them EVER. She is HORRIBLE.
