TERRIBLE company! We had just moved to Maine, so we weren't aware of the discounts provided for heat pump water heaters. They just randomly decided to install an electric one for $2,300 (which is outrageous). Then they charged $450 for a boiler maintenance they didn't do correctly. Quoted $8k for ONE heat pump, and $45k for a new system. No one has called me back about the sub par service and bad product placement in NINE months! Just avoid these people, they're scam artists.
