We received prompt service for the purpose of cleaning our furnace. The service tech/plumber was efficient, thorough and pleasant. My wife and I have been relying on Winslow for several years and have never been disappointed.

On Saturday evening before Father's Day, our hot water heater sprung a leak. We discovered it about 11:30 pm, when there was no hot water. We went down to the basement and discovered the water was coming out of it and was already flooding our basement. Our water supply is very hard and very corrosive. The only thing we could do at this point was to collected the water in buckets and to mop the water off the floor. I decided to try and call Winslow. I know it was late but maybe there was an answering service. In about 15 minutes, Steven Winslow called back on his cell phone. He directed us to shut the water off to stop the flow. He gave us part of his Father's day to come to our house in the morning, obtain and replace the heater for us. This was beyond the call of duty. The price of the service and tank was very good. This dedication to his business and the superlative service speaks much about this company. It is a family business that has been around for years and still going strong. I am so appreciative to him for doing this for us and thank him for letting my husband have his Father's Day. Thank you again Steven Winslow.

This is the second time that I have used Winslow Sons & Daughter.
The first time was when the furnace stopped working. They came over within the hour. They had to order a part, but cleaned the furnace and had it up and running. Came back a few weeks later when the part came in. (I didn't even have to call and remind them.)
Second time was yesterday, no hot water. I called, Steve was very polite and professional he sent a technician over within 20 minutes. I was thinking that I needed a new hot water heater, well it was a pressure switch tube. Hot water heater working again. What a relief.
I cannot say enough good things about Winslow Sons & Daughter.
They are the best in the business.

The technician cane out to give me an estimate & was so rude and hurtful - he told me he wouldn't have bought my house if someone had given it to him. Very unprofessional from the moment he walked in the door.

I need a new oil tank installed in my basement. They came for a quote as promised. They were really nice. Took pictures, measurements, and pointed out a few things I hadn't thought of. They said, ""Give me two days and I will get you a quote.""

I never heard back from them. I called at two weeks and then a few days later. They said, ""I think Debbie is handling that.""

Still nothing.

I was considering signing a service contract with them. I wouldn't want to bet on this team if your pipes were freezing.

Wish I could give this company zero stars. Rudest technician I've ever encountered; he acted like I inconvenienced him by having him come look at my hot water heater...isn't that what he's paid to do? Very sarcastic and not at all helpful. Will never call this company again.

Completely professional and wholly knowledgeable. We have a 150 year old steam system that was in horrible disrepair with our prior company. Winslow took our facility from a mess of a system to a fully-functioning, problem free system. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with their service. The tech found two problems that my previous service could not find and in fact may have caused. The burner runs clean and efficiently and it and the area is now clean and neat. furthermore, they were easy to contact and talk with and showed up on time. Great service for a reasonable price.
