Supremely unprofessional, discourteous, insulting & disrespectful as a direct result of his extraordinary arrogance & self importance. We wouldn't contract this gentleman again as our home doesn't have an opening large enough for his ego to pass through. Does not communicate well with others. Unapproachable, unresponsive, unfriendly, assuming, condescending & downright conceited. Lacks continuing education in humility & empathy.
