What a great experience we had with Winn. I called about 0900 and left a message and Stan called me back to arrange a same day appt within the hour. Jeff and Paul arrived and got right to work on my clogged sink and dw and the installation of a new faucet. They finished and tested everything successfully in just over an hour. Havent received the bill yet but the estimate sounds very reasonable. Both Jeff and Paul were friendly and professional. Great overall experience.

Two days before Christmas and we managed to break our kitchen faucet. I found Winn on Yelp and called on the off chance they had time to work on it. The owner sent a crew the same day and they were professional, efficient and did a great job. One of the crew told us that billing is done by the hour starting from the time the crew leaves the office until they return, which seems a reasonable way to charge. We were very pleased and will definitely recommend this company.

We were dealing with an old clogged toilet in our basement. Jeff called at 8am to see if it was ok to send Tom out then to help us with our problem. (I called around 2 pm the previous day).
Tom came out and not only unclogged our toilet but he recommended we replace the toilet soon and explained to us why we needed the replacement.
He explained that installing a new toilet was something they were able to help us with when we were ready to have it done.
