Have called them out twice this year for different reasons and would call again. Very satisfied with both attitude and level of service. Saved us some serious money. Not the cheapest per hour, but overall job costs each time were a good value. I particularly liked the way work was estimated, then progress on the task explained to me as the work was being done.

Would have given 5 stars, but not enough call-outs to get a feel for overall capabilities and response times. My wife and I were both favorably impressed, however. Perhaps in the future.

This place is awful. I scheduled an appointment and took off early from work to come home. They were supposed to come any time after 3:30 and never did. I called around 5:00 as a reminder that I had an appointment. The lady I talked to confirmed my appointment and said that they should be there by 5:30 or 6:00. I never heard back from them and no one ever showed up. I imagine the quality of their work probably matches up with the quality of their low budget joke of a website that's one long page. I'll just rent an auger from Home Depot and save $80.

Update... They called me at 8:40 pm shortly after I posted this review. Needless to say I said that they could forget coming by. I'll look elsewhere.

GREAT SERVICE!!

Needed to have a loose toilet reattached to the floor. Called Thursday morning the 12th and Ron came a couple of hours later and took care of the issue. Turned out to be a little more difficult than expected due to a 'not so good' previous repair job in years past but it is now as good as new.

Could not be HAPPIER with the service. Would most definitely recommend HEB Plumbing!

Thanks again Ron for the fast, courteous and professional job!!

I had called on a Friday evening around 630 pm to have a plumber come out due to our washing machine drain pipe overflowing and backing up into kitchen sink. I was told that the plumber had just been sent out but that he was near my location and would be sent over when he was finished. They could not provide an ETA which I was fine with considering plumber was on another job. 4 HOURS LATER no one had shown up so I tried to call them back and received a fax line. Needless to say no one ever showed up and I never received a phone call

I have never given any business a negative online review before. But I have also never received such terrible customer service from a business as I've received from HEB Plumbing in Bedford, Texas.

They worked on a relatively small leak in the main water line to my house a few weeks ago. The plumber was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing, and I had planned to have them to do additional plumbing renovations in the near future.

Five days ago I noticed that the leak had returned and called them to come out and honor their warranty. They made an appointment but never showed up and never called to tell me that they would not be able to make it.

I called them and was told that they were busy with a bigger job and that they would get to my repair when they could.

The leak rapidly worsened to the point that I had to completely shut off the water at the meter. I have called and emailed them but they have still not scheduled an appointment, and we have been without water for 3 days.

I finally called one of their competitors and doubt that I will ever hear from HEB Plumbing again.

I will never do business with HEB Plumbing again.

I have known Ron and HEB Plumbing for many years. I trust his work and advice. His pricing has always been fair. He has saved us from some disastrous plumbing issues. We will be calling him again.

I think they are out of business now. I have called and called for days, only to get a busy signal. I have emailed several times, with no response. I am left with an estimate and no one to perform the much needed work. :-(

If I could give them a zero I would. They came out Saturday, Feb 7th, and told me I needed to replace my hot water heater, which would cost would be $1250.00 to $1300.00. The next day, I had a different plumbing company come in, and they said I only needed to replace a $35.00 pressure release valve.
