Unprofessional. No call no show on date agreed upon. Had to call to find out when they would show up. Left cigarette butts scattered around work area. Brought his dog to run around my yard and left excrement for me to clean up. Avoid this plumber.

They did not complete the job.. no calls/no show.. Ron said he came by, but ring door camera says differently.. did not show anyone but amazon delivering a package. When I questioned Ron on this, he went silent and hung up on me.

HEB Plumbing showed up on time and Aaron was polite and GREAT! We thought we had a leaking sewer line but Aaron snaked it out and found no breaks! YIPPEE!! Cleaned out a small clog or two and our kitchen sink drains better than it has in the six years we have lived in our home. Very happy with HEB Plumbing and their service! We will keep their number handy for future plumbing needs.

I gave ONE star to this HEB Pluming company because there is no way to give a ZERO star on this Web page. I called HEB Plumbing Friday Oct 18, 2019 (817-283-0183) because a leak at my house front yard. They schedule me for Saturday Sat OCT 19, 2019 between the hours of 9:00 to 11:00 AM. Come Sat 19 about 11:05 am I called them because they did not show up yet. They told me that the night before they worked until 3:00 am in a gas leak and they are running late. They told me that they will be at my house in 2-3 hours. Well, it is 5:00 pm and they still do not show up yep. I give them a call again to see what it is going on because, the day light is beginning to vanish into the night. Once again, another excuse plus another lie. They said I am next, and they will be at my house in 30 minutes. They never show up at my house and they didn't have the decency to call me and tell me that they cannot make it. Don't trust this HEB Plumbing Company!

I called HEB Monday of this week about rebuilding 2 toilet tanks, incl. tank to toilet gasket and bolts. They had a 'tank rebuild' spl. online for $99 which I thought might apply even if I had to pay extra for bolts. When I spoke to the receptionist she didn't indicate a problem and said someone would be here between 1 and 3 Tues. to do the work. Tues. came and by 4, no plumber so called their office and was told that at last call they had an emergency water htr. replacement and were running late. By 6 I called back and the lady was very apologetic and offered to re-book for next day after 10a, which I agreed to. About 11:30a Wed I get a call from her and she puts Juan the plumber on the phone to tell me why my job doesn't qualify for the $99 spl. (Surprise, Surprise!) I then asked what the price would be and he estimated $350 for the 2! I reluctantly agreed and when I asked when he was coming out he said 2-3 hours. Again, no show and no call so at about 6p I called and cancelled. Fool me once and shame on you, fool me twice and shame on me! Bottom line is I don't know about their plumbing ability but I wouldn't recommend them because of these reasons alone. As far as their reply to one of the reviews here about having the best rates, I can challenge that as well, at least for this job. Their price was about average of the 5 other companies I called before making a decision. I assume they'll have one of their defensive responses to this but considering all of those on yelp, that ought to raise red flags for those looking for a plumber.

We had HEB replace a garbage disposal and also fix a crack in a kitcheC drain which involved jackhammering down into the slab and running new PVC pipe. Ron and his crew worked until 11:00 at night and were back again the next morning to finish up in two days! They were very intent on doing good work and explained every step of the process. Provided a written proposal before work began and there were no hidden charges. Prompt response time, experienced workmen, fair pricing - we'll use HEB again!

I would highly recommend H-E-B plumbing. Ron came out on a Saturday morning and solved our plumbing issues that a previous plumber was not able to solve. He was professional, friendly and finished the repairs in a timely manner. Do yourself a favor and call them first if you have plumbing issues. You'll even find that their prices are very reasonable.
