I called 8 plumbers to help my mom with her toilet. Many didn't answer the phone and only two called back. Mr. Winkler not only called, but came early the next day and fixed the toilet in a jiffy. He's been a plumber for over 30 years and knows it all. Also, when my mom showed him her shower floor that was also leaking he sealed it up with the correct sealant and didn't charge extra. He cleaned the area and took all the broken pieces with him. He is efficient and answers all your questions and doesn't mind you watching him work and showed me how to fix the toilet for the future. I highly recommend Winkler plumbing for all your needs. He was upfront about his prices and very polite. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Bennett is a great guy! He works on several of our businesses and apartments. Anytime we call he is there in a very timely fashion! He is also very helpful in anything we need!

This man has done repairs on an older home I rent. He is rude, condinsending, flippant and not always on time. Over a 3 year period of time he has been called 3-4 times. Once he cancelled 3 times taking 2 days past scheduled appointment. I have given this person allowances for possible""bad day,"" it continues. After getting fippant with me I called the landlord to come over. Never has he said ""hello,"" answered a question with attitude in his voice and always scheduling repairs in short time frames between jobs. Always acting like the next job is more important. Each time he comes I have made the area he is to work as clear as possible. Example he came to install a dishwasher and I moved the center island, put towels down on the floor where the old one was and put a plastic basin or pot near by in case he had to drain the connecting hoses. In this time of virus scare he did not Ware a mask, and did not inquire if I would prefer a mask be

Excellent plumber, and will not try to sell you a product or service you don't need. Plumbing has been his family's business for generations, and he does it right, or he'll come back until it is truly right, as he did today for a leaky faucet in our kitchen. He did not charge for the extra visit, either.
