Plumbing problem under the house last night, called JP Wines this morning. Someone came out a few hours later, identified the problem and fixed it. It wasn't an easy job, since it was under the house in a tight crawlspace, and involved replacing a part that had rusted away.

Very professional, we haven't gotten the bill yet, but we have no water now, no drama or reason to think there will be any surprises or questionable diagnostics, which is always my big concern with plumbing problems.

FOLLOW-UP: We got the bill, and it was within range of what we expected to pay, so indeed, no surprises.

I have used Jim Wines Plumbing for the past 6 years. I own a bed and breakfast. Jim always sends someone out the same day, within a few hours of my call, if I have a plumbing problem. He understands that a plumbing problem could be affecting my business. if you leave a message when you call you always get a prompt return call. Jim has very competent people working for him. I would highly recommend him!
