I just called 5 minutes ago, to have Windy Day come out and snake my sewer drain line under my house. They have done this same job for the past two service calls, as this is a reoccurring event, every 2-3 years. They told me the are very busy and could not get out at least for a month. Business must be very good to turn down an easy snake job. Almost too funny.... Sad.

So the very thing I hired them to do, which was to connect a second water meter to the irrigation system & pool fill, so we would not have to pay the sewage charge was never done. A new line was run, a special pressure relief valve ordered & installed, yet the irrigation line & pool lines were never connected to the new meter. So while they were here working, they broke off the valve, & replaced it so shoddily that it's broken off again! We go to turn off the 2 dedicated valves to stop the free flow of our precious water only to discover the water can not be completely shut off. All of this after 4 trips and a failed inspection. It was only by using another plumber that we discovered the extent of their incompetence. Do yourself a favor & find another plumber who will do it right the first time.

I had plumber at my home less than 2 weeks ago because of water leaking from the same pipes which are still leaking. I paid the after hour fee! The woman who answers the phone can not tell me if the work the plumber did is warranted and refuses to send that same plumber back as requested, which would only make sense. she says he is not available and can send another and that plumber can talk to the one who did the job, by cell if needed. I said I would wait for the same plumber but she won't accomadate me. Very disappointed.

We were staying at the home of friends and needed to remove some under-sink plumbing to retrieve an earring that had been washed down the drain. Our friends (who were traveling in the Pacific Northwest) recommended Windy Day. The folks at the office were helpful in scheduling our small job and letting us know when somebody could be there. Bill came out and quickly and pleasantly got the job done. He obviously cared about whether or not we could retrieve the earring, and he was very pleased to succeed. (He had been unable earlier in the day to retrieve an expensive diamond that was flushed into the plumbing by another customer.)
