Chris and Sam stuck with a tough job of gaining access to rod out my sewer line through the catch basin in a 100 year old Oak Park house. They tried two or three solutions before nailing it and running 60' of line to the street. (The lip to the sewer pipe is broken; it's 8 feet down inside a 2 foot hole; the geometry makes it very tricky to get the cutting blade in the line...) I think I've had other companies give up and fake it, but I watched the Windy City team do it right. Thanks!

Quoted me nearly $4K to install a cleanout for clogged pipes and told me that it was the only option. Got another opinion who said they could clear the pipes through a catch basin and it was almost a quarter of the price. The other plumber also said literally any plumber should've known about the catch basin.

Don't let these scammers tell you that you need a cleanout installed.

Great experience with this company. Jose came out gave me a walk through on what needed to be done. Gave me an estimate did a outstanding job getting my leaking pipe replaced. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I will revise my review, as I spoke to jose initially he informed me that the price would 800 to 1000 for a tub install if all of the existing was removed.

then he sent me an estimate for 1450.00 Im not deaf but boy do I feel dumb thinking there was an honest plumbing contractor here.

They never figured out my problem after 3-4 trips? Do right rooter figured out the valve was bad from the factory in about 10 or so minutes. So yeah I got that going for me which is nice. So I will not be calling Windy City plumbing anymore they couldn't fix my problem so I suggest calling someone who can!

Chris did an awesome job. Our old garbage disposal was leaking. Chris replace it within half an hour. Now our kitchen is beautiful and clean again.

We have had gentlemen from this company out several times. Most recently for a second opinion on some major sewer work another company stated we needed and to replace a toilet. Each time we have used Windy City we have had high level honest professionals. Can't recommend this company highly enough!

Had a clogged sewer line and hired WCP to address the issue. The company stated there was a blockage and would camera, find the blockage, repair and replace as needed and add a clean out. The camera work was never performed so we ended up with a giant hole in the front of our home for six months because they assumed the line went out the front. Well, it didn't. So ended up with a second massive hole in our back yard which also took out part of a wall when we were told it was our walkway that would be dug up to access the pipe. This company did not follow their own contract, and when issues were brought up we found them sneaking onto the property to perform work said to be completed. They destroyed more than they repaired. It took threatening legal action to get the hole and landscaping taken care of. Might be ok for small jobs but I can not recommend them at all.

This is the second time using Windy City Plumbing and they were great again! From beginning to end, the entire process was easy. Mayra was very polite, courteous and informative over the phone. José was very professional and efficient when he fixed our sink. We appreciated that they wore a mask while in our home and they also had a contactless payment option. Thank you for being great!
