Windy City Plumbing is very thorough and very communicative. They disconnected my sink and plumbing for a new counter and sink installation. They capped the piping to ensure no water leaked while waiting for the installation, then came back to correct some of the piping, installed a new garbage disposal, and reconnected everything. 10/10 on everything - quality of work, communication on what needs to be completed and why, cleanliness, and customer service. Will absolutely use them again if needed.

I called Windy City to help with a sink in the basement. They had to come back with more powerful equipment but finished the job in 2 days total. I got my washing machine up and running again.

This is THE plumber you should call. Honest, fair-pricing, fast service and great communication. I had to replace an old toilet in the world's smallest bathroom downtown in a busy neighborhood. Parking isn't easy there. Getting in and out of a big building like mine isn't easy but this company did it and did an amazing job. The staff on site and back in the office are all kind and professionals. I really appreciate their excellent work and will absolutely use them again and again.
