Great, honest and professional guy! I've dealt with Bob twice in the past year and both times he was extremely knowledgable and solved the issues I had.

He came out to take a look at my septic tank and what I feared was a bad pump. He diagnosed it as a short in the electrical box in the tank. 5 minutes later he had the short fixed and my pump was working again.

Best part about the service was he came out within 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Bob to anyone who has a septic issue!

Bob was Awesome!!!! Bob came out after a plumber told me my backup was due to full septic. That plumber was wrong. That plumber also advised us to shut off our constantly running water pump. He was wrong about that too because the water wouldn't come back on and I couldn't get anyone to come out soon enough.
BOB was able to recommend Baum wells (Wondsidler) and they were able to come right away and got our water pump running and explained what had happened. He also recommended Jaws Plumbing for my back-up. They were great as well and the three men were good at thir jobs and helpful enough to share important information about maintaining our 60 yr old homes systems. Thank you Bob for all your help.
