Dan is very friendly, professional, and provides the great service to match. Pricing is average to high, but I guess you can expect that from most seasoned pro plumbers. For the above average service, knowledge, and overall professionalism - I will recommend Winder Plumbing. Also, he got to our home within an hour and is open 24 hours I believe -that factor made the 5th star.

I called Dan at Winder, and he took my info and said he'd check pricing and availability. Called me back within minutes and gave me a very reasonable price. We had an issue with too much water pressure (due to changes made by the water company), a non-working main shut off valve and a bib that needed replacing. We had received a bid that seemed very high. I found Winder Plumbing on Yelp and read all reviews. Common among most reviews was that Dan ( the owner) was reliable, honest, knowledgable and competitively priced. Dan came over the same day and gave us a bid then met Scott ( the technician who performed the work) at our home to go over the work needed. Scott was very professional and completed most of the work the same day returning the next morning at 7:30 to finish. There were no surprises when the invoice was presented and we were extremely pleased with the final results! We will certainly refer Winder Plumbing in the future and they will always have our business!

These guys are awesome! Great personal attention from the owner Dan when first contacting through email. Jessica in the office was very friendly and extremely helpful as well, keeping me updated on when to expect them to arrive. I needed a part replaced on my water heater and had been without hot water for a few days while getting the run around from other companies. They expedited my appointment to get the repair completed at the very first opportunity - only about 4 hours after me contacting them. They were pleasant and wonderful to work with and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use them every time in the future and won't hesitate to refer them as well!
