Dan has been my go to plumber several times the past several years. Doesn't matter what the job is, big or small Dan gets it done very professionally and reasonably priced. Yesterday he installed new EGranite sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Awesome job. I recommend Winder Plumbing to anyone looking for a professional plumber. Don't hesitate call Dan.

On the day before our scheduled appointment which had been made over 2 weeks previously, Dan called to say they were ""trying to play catch up"" and questioned whether I still wanted the appointment. I said yes I was expecting him to be there. He asked what I needed done so I told him again even though I had explained in detail the work I needed performed when I scheduled the appointment. My perception was he had more lucrative jobs that he wanted to prioritize over my small job. He finally said he would be there and hung up on me. After thinking about the situation I called back and said I did not want him to come and his response was ""good"", confirming my suspicions that he did not want the work. My complaint is that Dan called the day before the appointment and tried to get me to reschedule. When I resisted rescheduling because we had waited over two weeks, he became petulant and unprofessional. Had I known this at the time I made the appointment, I would have found someone else glad for the work and had it completed sooner.

What a great organization! I was told that they would be there between 8 and 10 in the morning, and they arrived precisely at 8. I had a shower valve that needed to be replaced (the dreadful Moen faucet that tends to lock up with non-use), and they had the new part installed and the shower working perfectly in less than an hour. He explained everything to me in terms I could understand, and told me how to prevent this from happening in the future. Pricing was very reasonable, and they were out the door! I highly recommend their services.

Great service! Dan returned my call on a Sunday afternoon and arrived the next morning on time!! He was professional, explained the problem with my water heater, and fixed it for a fair price. I will definitely use his services again. Thanks Dan! So nice to have a hot shower again :)

Dan's taken care of three jobs at my rental property in the last year, and I can say that he's always reliable and does great work. I've had poor experiences with other plumbers in the past - shoddy work, not showing up, etc. Never had an issue with Dan.

Most recently he took care of a wobbly, constantly-running toilet, which has been a problem for years. He found that the floor itself was uneven, causing the wobbliness, and the plastic flange was busted. He had to remove the toilet, pull up the vinyl flooring, jackhammer the concrete, remove the old flange and replace it with a new metal one, and fill in the concrete. After all this he was still able to re-set the original vinyl flooring and it looks good as new. Awesome work, very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Wow, I am impressed! I needed a Hot Water Heater repaired and called several plumbers. Winder was the first to respond and the most professional. They did some research on the needed parts (only 1 of 2 to do this). In the end they totally left the decision of repair or replace up to me...zero pressure!

I decided to replace. They were here exactly when they promised...no ""window""...they told me a time and they were here. They were competitively priced and able to install today!

They did an outstanding job. Everything looks good and they walked me through operation. HIGHLY impressed! I will use them for all plumbing needs!

I had the pleasure of doing business with this fantastic plumbing business today. We had new counter tops installed yesterday in two of our bathrooms. The countertops needed four faucets to be installed and we decided to have our powder room pedestal sink faucets replaced as well. My wife contacted Winder Plumbing and was delighted with the estimate to install all five faucets.
Alec arrived at our house right on time and was very congenial and professional. In addition to the faucets being installed, we also needed six water valve connectors replaced. Alec replaced the valves in record time to eliminate the length of time that the water had to be turned off.
It turned out that the countertops were installed with the faucet holes being drilled too close to the the drain position. Alec modified the parts of the faucet and installed them perfectly. He did all of this in stride, where other plumbers would have given up.
We found a couple of other plumbing issues that Alec took care of for us. I can honestly say that Alec is the nicest and friendliest contractor that I have had perform work in my house. I will be happy to recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a professional plumbing company!

This morning I tried cleaning my garbage disposal and found that it was totally blocked! I freaked out because I needed to do dishes. I found Winder plumbing here on Yelp; saw they had amazing reviews so I called. I believe it was Daniel who answered my call. This was at around 9:30 am. He was very nice and gave me a fast quote over the phone. He said there was one job ahead of me but that he'd send someone out late morning or early afternoon. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I didn't hear from them again until I called them back around three times at 3 o'clock. They didn't actually come to my house until almost 4 o'clock. I do understand that they never know what job they're walking into or exactly how long it'll take. I would have appreciated a phone call; wouldn't have needed to stay home all day waiting for them. Once here, though, the service was amazing. They fixed the problem immediately and the quote I was given on the phone was exactly how much I paid; there were no surprises. I will almost definitely use them again--should we need to. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I had a water heater crap out recently. I contacted 5 plumbers as part of my due diligence to see what my options were. I contacted the big name plumbers and they were TWICE THE PRICE! Let me say that again, TWICE THE PRICE! And it goes without saying that when your dealing with plumbers you never know what your going to get. As the most skeptical of customers I can highly recommend Winder plumbing. The price was extremely competitive but not the cheapest, however you always get what you pay for so I hardly ever go with the cheapest bid. Work was done quickly and efficiently and will definitely use Winder again in the future.
