Unbelievably fantastic service even on a hot Sunday in summer! We had 12 people in the house and sewage overflow preventing ANYONE from using the facilities. As it turns out the previous owners of our new home had turned off the pump and overflow alarm system and the tanks had been slowly filling w/o anything reaching the leaching field. Fred not only pumped out our system and power washed it, he gave us a full education on how to properly monitor and set the alarms. Wish our home inspector had been so thorough! I would definitely recommend using Wind River!
