I phoned Wind River Environmental for an appointment to have my septic pumped and was given an appointment day, without a time slot.
On the day of the appointment I stayed home, phoned first thing in the a.m. about the appointment window and was told it would be when time became available. During the early afternoon I phoned to get an update and was told it was not possible to get a time slot. As evening approached (around 4:30) I phoned once more to be told whenever time was available. They were a no show and did not phone to alert or explain that service would not be possible. After phoning customer service first thing the morning after there was no explanation and was told I could get an appointment in December. Customer Service informed me a manager/supervisor would call to discuss the scenario. I was not given the courtesy of a call and concluded that WRE could care less about their customer and will not be on my list for home services. I would not trust this company, very unprofessional operation from my experiences.
