Took five days to get an appointment. Best they could do was 7:30-8:30AM. At 8:20AM they called and said they had to reschedule. Not happy with that, I said, ""Maybe I need to call another plumber."" Without hesitation, I was told, ""That's OK, have a nice day."" Really? You're taking a chance!

Had a list of problems to have taken care of. Technicians arrived within the time range with a call when they were on their way. Each man handled their individual jobs and worked thru the list. Both were friendly and worked in a professional manner. Charges were also reasonable.

I had a dual kitchen sink that was severely clogged. One call to the office of Winchester Plumbing and they dispatched Shane within 30 minutes of my calling. When Shane arrived he was very careful and friendly as he assessed the situation, reviewed the issues with me, covered the charges for repair and professionally went about fixing my problem.
When he completed the work he was very careful to cleanup his work space to make sure that we were satisfied with the results.
If I ever need plumbing services again I would not hesitate to call on Winchester Plumbing to do the job!

Shoutout to Winchester Plumbing for taking our emergency seriously and dropping everything to help us with a water main leak that was leaking a 1/2 gallon a minute. All other plumbers in the area said we had to wait at least a week. Winchester plumbing has it fixed within 3 days of our initial call to them.

The other reviews must be from staff. Receptionist is rude, tried to lie to me.
The two guys that showed up weren't wearing their masks properly, so might as not be wearing them at all. So if you are worried about covid I'd tell you to avoid this company. Go somewhere more professional.

Good company to work with. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. Fit me right into their schedule. He sent out the right person who knew all about the generator gas hookups and all about my water softener.
I m very confident in working with Winchester plumbing and following their recommendations.

Found them using a Yelp review and was very happy using these guys. Out water bill had been high so I had them go through and check all the toilets and sinks. Mostly minor repairs. Flat rate per hour plus any parts. Price overall seemed reasonable and the plumber was polite, professional and worked fast. I'd recommend them.

They lived up to their high Yelp rating this morning. He did the work quickly and efficiently, and also gave me a ""how to"" tutorial so I could fix it myself next time. Their hourly rate was also very reasonable, and less than several of their competitors who did not have nearly as good customer ratings.
