Found them using a Yelp review and was very happy using these guys. Out water bill had been high so I had them go through and check all the toilets and sinks. Mostly minor repairs. Flat rate per hour plus any parts. Price overall seemed reasonable and the plumber was polite, professional and worked fast. I'd recommend them.

They lived up to their high Yelp rating this morning. He did the work quickly and efficiently, and also gave me a ""how to"" tutorial so I could fix it myself next time. Their hourly rate was also very reasonable, and less than several of their competitors who did not have nearly as good customer ratings.

I had to have my sewer line outdoors replaced. This company was great! Everyone I dealt with was professional, and the work they did was superb! They completely exceeded my expectations! When next I need a plumber I know who to call.

Company has been vary accommodating. I have had to reschedule a number of times and they were ok with it. The plumbers they sent were really nice.
The problem I have is they couldn't fix my problem.
They didn't have the tools needed for my drain problem. Their camera used to scope my drain didn't work properly and the plumbers couldn't locate my outside drain. Although they didn't fix my problem and couldn't locate the outside drain opening I was still charged for 3 hours of effort.

Happy to give the 5 stars!!!!! We were fortunate to get a service call much sooner than anticipated. James came out, took out the old kitchen faucet and put in the new. Efficient and job completed quickly. Answered all questions. The cost for this call was very reasonable and most fairly priced. Will use again and we will connect with our neighbors to give them a heads up for any plumbing needs. Also, learned Winchester Plumbing does remodel projects. Their ""new"" truck listed all their services. We will consider them for a future bathroom upgrade estimate we are looking at in the future. Looking for a plumber - Call Winchester Plumbing.

I had a leak in the gas line from the meter to the house. The gas company tried to fix it but did not have the right size coupling. they had to turn off the gas, leaving me with no heat, hot water, or stove. I called Winchester Plumbing and Gas first thing in the morning and a technician was there within 2 hours. It turned out that the needed coupling was an odd size. A second technician arrived with a part that fitted. I was only charged for one hour of labor. They were friendly, fast, and professional.
The Gas Company was able to come the same day and turn the gas back on.

I had Winchester Plumbing come out after being over quoted by another company. They responded right away and were able to fit me in the next day.

The gentleman that showed up was friendly and professional. So was his assistant that came midway through the job. They both seemed eager to help and finished the job in a timely manner. We had a small issue after they left, but they came back immediately to fix the problem.

Their hourly rate is probably on the mid to high side but they were quick workers. I also liked that he keep me updated with what he was doing and even suggested a few other items we might want to consider later on.

I highly recommend Winchester Plumbing. They are now our go to plumbing company.

Great customer service! Called with a plumbing issue; not sure if dish washer or garbage disposal stoppage or blocked pluming. Not only were they able to get someone out to me same day, it was within the same hour! The plumber was thorough and explained things through, what to expect and had no surprises. Fixed the plumbing issue. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Great service and turn around. Highly recommend them!!

I moved into a house in June and had washing machine water back up during the first full load. After calling in, I received service within a half hour. The plumber was able to fix the problem and I haven't had any issues.

I called in again today to find out if I needed service on a pipe in the basement with standing water. The person answering the phone talked me through a test to do to figure out if it was a sewege pipe or a cleanout pipe so I could figure out if I needed service or not. I appreciate the few minutes he gave me because his info fixed the problem. Thank you!
