I've used Wimpy's exclusively for all of my plumbing and AC needs for the last 3 years. That doesn't sound like a long time, but when you have a 1970's home that's needed new plumbing, a new backflow, toilets and garbage disposal replacement AND a new AC condenser in a system installed by someone else 4 years ago, I'd say I've had a lot of experience with them! From the first phone call to Lori, to the professional, courteous, prompt technicians who explain every option and quote all pricing before starting the work, they are simply a pleasure to do business with, but most importantly, are a company I trust. Highly recommend whether you have repair or installation needs. (No, I'm not related to anyone at Wimpy's, but they make you feel like family!)

At 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, with a houseful of relatives expected the next day, our toilet clogged. When we attempted to plunger it, sewage backed up into the bathtub. Panic. I began called plumbers listed as """"24 hour emergency."""" None of them were willing to come until at least the day after Christmas--until I called Wimpy's. Mike cheerfully agreed to come right over--imagine my relief and gratitude! Mike expertly fixed the problem and explained what had caused it. (Make sure no guests ever flush baby wipes, especially if you have old iron pipes!) The cost was very reasonable. We couldn't be more pleased. Wimpy's is highly recommended!

This company provides quality service with professionalism! I really appreciated being able to speak with a knowledgeable office person who immediately scheduled me with a definite time slot. On arrival (on time) the plumber gave me a detailed description of the work recommended with a quote in writing and a specific time slot for his return to do the service. The office called to remind me a day ahead and the plumber called enroute and arrived on time. He was very friendly, performed his work diligently, kept the area perfectly clean, and fully reviewed his work with me when it was done. I am very happy to have finally found a plumber that not only provides competent work but values customer service!

Well they came out on time.. When I called to ask how much the new water heater cost they would not tell me....The bill was 1,280 to install a new one. Looked up the average price of a water heater and it was from 250 to 400 bucks...Guy installed it under 2 hours. so I figure 880 in labor...Wow that is about 440 per hour. I would say that is a great salary. I am out of town, and helpless when my grand daughter called to say no hot water on a 8 year old tank.

They came out on very short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem with my sewer line that another plumber couldn't find in two visits. Very friendly office staff and professional plumbers.

We had a problem with our tub drain, after trying to clear the drain ourselves, we contacted a plumbing company that advertised $99.00 to clear any drain. We were told they were not able to clear the drain because we needed a new trap. They gave us an estimate of $2000.00 to replace the tap after already collecting the $99.00. I called Wimpys, Evan showed up within 3 hours and had the drained cleared within 1 hour. The drain runs better than ever. From now on, our first call will be to Wimpys. Thank you

I called Wimpy's for my 86 year old mother's kitchen faucet. Evan did a great job, quick and neat. He was polite and respectful to my mother, and she especially enjoyed him whistling as he worked!

Great company. I've used them for plumbing and air conditioning. They answer the phone, show up on time. Most recently, when our water heater was leaking in our garage - I called them around 3pm - by 6pm we had a completely new water heater installed. You don't have to price check them - they are always fair. Great company - and I won't use anyone else.
