This Sunday I had a blockage in my drainage system. I worked most of the day and Monday to try and clear the problem with no luck. A friend recommended Wimpy's so I called them on Monday morning. They were able to set an appointment for Tuesday morning. Arriving on time the associate listened to my problem and all the work I had done to clear the blockage which failed. The operator told me when I called, they would analyze the situation and give me an estimate and that process would cost $79.00. Prior to that process the agent mentioned to get the drain to work would cost $370.00. He put a camera into the pipe to assess the problem area and asked me to go inside and run water and flush the toilets in the areas that were clogged. I did so and several minutes later returned outside to find the water flowing through the drain. Bottom line the water was flowing and I was billed $370.00 for 10 minutes of work. I protested the charge with the company to no avail as they said the agent was able to clear the drain with the camera. Perhaps you might consider this event prior to your decision to hire a service provider.

This is a five star review. I have been a Wimpys customer for six years. I have owned homes in several states and have hired plumbers for many jobs over the years I have never been more impressed and grateful for excellent care, honesty, professionalism, sincerity, excellent plumbing and construction skills than i have being a Wimpy's customer. Jesse and Coby were excellent. We need more Wimpy's in this world!

Used these guys once for a plumbing issue and was so impressed that I had them put in a new AC system. Two guys came out, took down the old system, installed the new system and were gone that afternoon. They made a special point of double checking the installation and sealing the ductwork. their price was good; not the cheap, but in line with other Hvac companies. Based on my two experiences, I wouldn't think twice about bringing them back, and I heartily recommend them.

Great company! Believe the reviews. They came on time and checked for a possible water leak. It turned out I didn't have one, but they did show me how to check down the road if I thought I may have one. While he was here, Anthony took a look at our dishwasher. They did all that for a simple service fee.

It's always difficult for me to call any service company for my rental. Owning an AC business myself yet having to call a company that does plumbing and air was head scratching however I know the lingo so I looked for reviews to help guide me. Wimpys popped up on Yelp as a favorable plumbing company so I went with them. From my first phone call to the last one these guys are good. Took care if several issues and yes the price was an eye opener but not bad. It's getting challenging out there. All cost keep going up. If I get highly skilled knowledgeable techs who fix problems instead of creating them then that works for me. Thanks to Anthony for being a stand up technician. The renters were very satisfied and all the problems are now gone.
