They say they'll respond, but the don't !
I've called 5 times and I'm an established customer. They politely say the'll respond, but haven't. It's been 2 weeks- I wii look for a more reliable plumber.

So this company, so called Wilton plumbing which is actually based out of Bethel, is a total joke. The plumber was actually really nice, got the job done quickly and I was already thinking of having him come back when I got the bill. Instead of $125/hr, it was $185/hr. The spigot which HD sells for $27.50, was $75!!!! Got two of those. They didnt blink an eye when I called to complain. Beware!!!
