our contractor had them to do some HVAC work in our home. three months after the work was done, wilson's came back to install a furnace filter. we were never told that it was missing. we had been running our heater without a filter for all that time. when my contractor and I made multiple calls to inquire about missing filter, type of filter installed, etc, we received no return call. my contractor was finally able to pin the owner down by going to their office. no good reason for delay in filter and lack of communication. will not be using them again.

This company is wonderful! We needed a new tankless water heater. It was installed very quickly, at a good price and we found the company to operate with integrity and promptness. We highly recommend this company.

Well all I can say about Wilson plumbing and heating is pure excellence. They have exceeded my expectations. Fair ,upfront ,honest prices. Professionals , punctual and very knowledgeable. Garry himself is one of a kind guy. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Best in the area hands down.

I have not technically used Wilsons but my husband and I were in Home Depot and needed help and could not find anyone and Wilsons technician Richard Johnson helped us find the piece we needed. He was clearly off duty and had no reason to help us then he was a genuinely nice guy. I will definitely be using Wilsons for future plumbing needs and encourage them to give Richard the props he deserves. It's hard to find quality employees and you hit the jackpot with Richard!!

Yes, the charge for replacing a water pressure valve was higher than what I would have otherwise have paid. But I was happy with dispatcher Chad who was courteous and got me an earlier service time; and the plumber on call, Dan, provided highly professional service.

Despite the advertisement of ""100% Customer Satisfaction"" on Wilson's Plumbing's website & the answering machine promise of ""a satisfied customer"" is the only kind they want, our experience as customers has been anything but. Heat pumps installed a few years ago by Wilson's have never worked properly & now aren't functioning at all. Wilson's wanted $186 travel fee atop whatever visit fee they were planning to charge to come take a look, despite the fact that the pumps are still under warranty. So much for service & satisfaction. We will certainly never do business with this outfit again.

Dan recommended a $1800 sewer pipe repair. He claimed there was broken clay pipe in the line. I called out another plumbing company. They sent a camera down the line and found roots in the line not clay pipe.

I disagree with the dissenters here who gave a negative review. On Friday night we had a blowout of a water pipe in the bathroom last night and were very lucky that we were home to shut off the water. Called Roto Rooter (supposedly 24 hr. service) and the plumber took 3 hours to get back to us and then he advised that he would come out in the morning to see what parts he needed but could only come to solve the problem on
Monday. Called Wilson's in the AM and they were here by mid afternoon. Their guy, Richard, was very professional, answered all questions clearly and was able to fix the problem in 20 min. He provided detailed paperwork and gave us a clear estimate for if/when we wanted to replace all piping in this 65+ year old house. We are switching to them for all future needs.

My kitchen sink was clogged yesterday. Richard came right from a different job with in 20min. He used a snake and was here for no more than 20min and the job done with a smile and he knows what exactly to do.
