I called them to fix our thankless water heater. They came changed a part charged me $500 and the heater went back to not working within a day. They came back and told me it would be another $600 for a different part and if that didn't work they would have to replace another $1500 part.
I decided to get a regular water heater instead and was quoted $2900. I can get a regular water heater installed for less than half. I asked for my $500 refund they charged me to change a part that made the heater work worse and was told by the manager that they would not refund me the money because they lost money on the deal.
If that's not dishonest and bad service I don't know what is.
Avoid them at all cost.

Rip off! Do your homework, get other estimates. I was charged Three times the amount for a simple job. Called the Owner TWICE, he didn't have the courtesy to return my call. Go online and get estimates, I even called around to other local companies. An honest company should give you a range in price. WILSON WILL RIP YOU OFF,

My 90 yr. old mother just got ripped off for $1339 by this disreputable plumbing company. She needed a new garbage disposal. Not sure how she picked this company for repair but it turned out to be a big mistake. Johnny on the Spot ""crook"" plumber sold her the most expensive Moen garbage disposal he had for a mere $686. We all know you can buy a new one for less than $200. Then he sold her a new faucet for only $615. What a bargain for a faucet she didn't need. To top things off, 10 minutes after he departs the premises, Mom called to tell me the faucet was leaking! Do you think the office would pass this info on to the technician! No. We had to hunt him down. I read him the riot act for taking advantage of a elderly women with limited English comprehension. It was to no avail. He just didn't get it. Please, please, please don't use these folks. One star is one too many. You will be plumb out of luck.

Rip Off. Don't use these guys. They recommended a wall heater fix and I trusted them. I have had nothing but trouble for the past two years and now, $950 later, they want to charge again to fix the unit they ""fixed"". Look elsewhere for an honest opinion or repair. Associated Services Heating Solar and Air agreed to install a new heater for what I paid to ""fix"" my old one.

Over priced and rakes you over the coals. $720.00 to install a toilet already paid for and a flange. Get real was there a total of at top 45 minutes. Find a different plumber!!!!!!!

i needed a gas line installed in my kitchen. I got three bids from different plumbers in the area. Although Wilsons was not the lowest bid, they had a more professional approach in their presentation. Richard called and told us he was on his way and arrived on time. As he and his coworker was working, he took time to let us know what was going on during the process. My wie came into the kitchen to look at what they were doing and Richard answered her questions about the range, It took two hours to complete the project. I would use them again.

I called Wilson's Plumbing & Heating to fix a water leak on a faucet in my garage. The plumber that came was pleasant and professional and he fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. The problem turned out to be a a cracked coupling and he replaced it with a brass one. He charged me $454.06, and wrote it up as a broken pipe! I asked him what his hourly rate was and he said he charges by the job and actually I got a discount because he was going to charge $503.86. I called the company and complained about the charges, but never got a call back from the manager. Needless to say I will never call this plumbing company again or recommend them to anyone. I was totally ripped off!
