My upstairs furnace stopped working. I called another company first that replaced the iginitor, charge me for the ignitor and then told me I needed a new furnace without any testing. They wanted a ridiculous amount of money so I called Wilson instead. He immediately came out and throughly tested the system. I could tell he was very honest businessman and knowledgeable technician. He took his time to troubleshoot the issue. After a thorough diagnosis he ultimately determined there was a crack in system and that it needed to be replaced. He offered me a very fair price so much so I decide to have him proactively replace a second furnace and also a mini split that had died years ago but had not been replace because of the absurd quotes I had been given by other companies. He did an excellent job, was very efficient and kept me informed at each step. I highly recommend calling Wilson if you are looking for somone that is honest, knowledgeable, efficient and not just going to try to squeeze as much out you as possible!!

Highly recommend! We contacted Wilson's Mechanical for a quote to finish installation on our central air. We received quotes from several other companies and Wilson's was by far the most reasonable! He was also able to start immediately and finish our job quickly (even in the busy summer season!), and help us find a reputable plumber for a pipe issue. Wilson was prompt, personable, and gave us helpful tips for maintaining our AC units over time and saving on electric costs. We met with several other HVAC companies and did not have the same experience. A bigger company wanted to charge us more than double and tried to upsell us on other services. Wilson seems to genuinely care about the quality of his work and his customers' satisfaction, not just making profit. We cannot recommend Wilson's Mechanical highly enough.

Being 6 months pregnant during the hottest week of the summer is not ideal. Our AC was working but not well enough to make it comfortable. We reached out to Wilson and he was very fast and responsive. He came exactly when he said he was going to. Diagnosed the issue and helped get the AC running much better than it was before. It felt amazing to go to bed with blankets on because we were cold!

Wilson has been our greatest find since moving to the North Shore. Our water heater was overdue for a replacement and started leaking. Wilson gave us a preliminary quote just based on the description of the leak. After sending him photos, he sent us a final quote far LESS than the original quote. AND he said he could be at our house at 9am the next day. Wilson is fair and efficient. He came to the house and installed the water heater quickly. We have had absolutely no problems. We will definitely be using Wilson in the future.
