Prompt response to phone call. Even tried to fix the problem first but as suspected, the hot water heater was done. Said they'd be back next morning at 8:30 and they were. Everything left neat and clean. This is my 4th experience using Wilson and have always had nothing but positive experiences. Highly recommend

After literally years of having this problem and paying a parade of either incompetent or just plain lazy tradespeople, none of whom could help, I struck gold with Wilson Plumbing. Kevin replied promptly to a message that I left (miracle these days) and was at my house shortly after the call. The job required him to get on our roof (no one else felt like doing this) and use 3 different snakes to clear a badly clogged vent pipe. He was calm, patient and made me sure that he was not leaving until he'd fixed the problem. I'm thrilled to know that there's someone I can now go to for any plumbing issues I ever have. This is a family business which takes pride in their work and reputation. After raving to my friends I found that many of them were already loyal customers. YAY!!!!!

Excellent service! Response was within minutes and repairs finished in a few hours. New water heater. Did some extra repairs like new turn off lever and new gas lever that we didn't realize needed it. Have used them in the past and would recommend Wilson plumbing to anyone!
