Super pleased to report them as COVID-safe! Plumber who showed up recently was fully masked, did a great job, and kept contact to a bare minimum. They are now mailing bills rather then have you interact with them up close to pay. Two thumbs up for continuing great service, and responsible behavior during this terrible pandemic.

First of all, I love the owner, JB. Every time I have a plumbing emergency and I feel like the world is going to end just talking to him makes me feel like its going to be A-OK. He just has a very calming voice! Wilson Plumbing has a very Mom & Pop feel to it, you never feel like you're on the phone with a faceless business, and that's comforting! Especially when people are going to be in your house for a while. Service is FAST! They always send someone out ASAP and everyone that works at the company is just as nice as the owner. I can't say enough good things about these guys, thank you for always fixing things that I can't!

I am a general contractor in the Bryan/College Station area and have had extensive experience with Wilson Plumbing Co. as well as several other plumbing contractors in the area. I can tell you that Wilson Plumbing is a very good plumbing company and I do highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. When you call Wilson you are going to get a clean-cut plumber with years of experience to know how to fix your problem and fix it right. Plumbers are not cheap but there are a few real rip-off artists out there. I can tell you that Wilson is competitively priced for a quality plumber. As a general contractor I would not use or recommend a company that I did not believe was honest and charged correctly for their work. You can rest assured that you will get a good plumber at a fair price with Wilson.

We had a clogged shower drain. I had wilson plumbing come out to unclog it. The plumber called me into the bathroom to show me the large clump of hair and gunk he pulled out of the drain. Much to my dismay I watched him dump it into the toilet and flush. I remember at the time thinking that wasn't very smart....If it was enough to clog one pipe why would you toss it down another but it was tossed and flushed before i could even say anything. The tiolet began getting clogged within 3 days and after repeatedly plunging it after each use I am having another plumber (not Wilson) come and unclog the toilet. I wouldn't recommend them.

Wilson plumbing was absolutely top notch. Owner JB Alexshonis went above and beyond to do everything just right, including working past 8P to get our shower ready for the tile guys the next day. Definitely will use them again for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
