Do not use Wilson Plumbing. I called him in August with a clog, new dishwasher install and I needed my kitchen sink plumbing put back together. He worked me in on short notice which I appreciated. When I explained the issues, he told me the clog was the least of my worries. They work a couple of hours and hooked up the sink and new dishwasher and then ran an electric drain snake through the drain. It still wasn't draining great and he told me it's just a slow drain but they didn't have time to go under the house. I could still use the sink. I was getting ready to go on a trip and he said he could come back then to try to get it draining better. They left at about 4 and I was helping a friend frame a new wall in my house. I didn't even try the sink until about 6:00 that night. I was going to do some dishes and after about 30 seconds of running water the sink was backing up. There is no way I could use my new dishwasher. So I texted him and let him know. He said when I get back from my trip to call and he could come back and fix it. Fast forward a week. My husband is home and the contractors have completely torn out the bathroom and he now has nowhere to drain water. Another 2 weeks and im home. We get back on sept 10th in the evening and I call him on the 11th. He tells me that he's got two big jobs under houses and because I'm not on the schedule he can't work me in. To contact him on the 25th. Ok. I'm patient. Even tho my trip was to go get my mom and sister to move them in with my husband and I and now we're all living in a house without a working sink or bathtub (that's another story and not his fault). So I wait and contact him on the 24th. He says, again, that because I'm not on the schedule, he can't work me in and that he won't have any time until the 2nd of October and to call him then. I said no, put me on the schedule. So we made the arrangements for him to come over and clear the drain and install the new bathtub in the only bathroom we have. The bathroom that hasn't had a tub in it since September 3rd. Monday, the 1st, we pick up the tub and mom and Jennie had cleared their schedule for the day so he could come over and get us back in business! He calls me October 2nd at 9:30 and said I'm calling to see if everything is ready? I said definitely but I need to call and let them know you're coming so they can put the dogs away. He said oh I'm not on my way over. I'll be over tomorrow. I said tomorrow? He said yes he got some emergencies that morning. That's where my patience ran out. This guy has put me off for over a month because I wasn't on the schedule so he couldn't work me in. Now I'm on the schedule and he's still putting me off. So I said as much, to which he replied ""you can always get someone else to do the job..."". The attitude is what got me. I paid him in good faith at the beginning. He padded his labor by about 45 mins on the original bill. He charged me for a drain unclog which didn't get unclogged. I'll tell you, I didn't even bat an eye at the bill. I was so grateful to have a working sink. I was actually ok with him padding his time a bit because he worked me in on short notice but this attitude just killed me! I've been in business for myself and I've messed up on a repair. Crap happens but I ALWAYS made it right. And had he made this right, I would have given him an amazing review! But this is a crappy way to run a business and I told him so.

Didn't acknowledge a leak that was very obvious to me and my wife. Seemed rushed and like we were an inconvenience for even calling him in the first place. Offered to cut a hole in the side of my house to access a pipe that another skilled plumber fixed in 30 minutes from the kitchen. Would not recommend getting any work done by this business.
