I read several bad reviews on Yelp about Wilson Oil, in Beacon, NY and Southern Dutchess, (845) 831-4138. I've used Wilson for several years after switching from another company whose service became awful after it was sold. Wilson has provided excellent service and fair prices. Repairmen have been on time, professional, polite and the repair or service was done correctly. This is the first time I've ever responded to Yelp or other service, but I wondered about the negative reviews and wanted to provide my opposite, excellent experience with Wilson. I read a similar, positive review from a woman who also questioned the negative comments. It's just my opinion, but I want to give credit where credit is due, based on my complete satisfaction and recommendation of Wilson Oil.

I called this company for annual furnace cleaning I was quoted a price of 141.00 for a complete cleaning. I was charge for nozzle and strainer which should had been include in price and charge 155.00 for cleaning. In total was charged about 196.00. When I called to complain then acknowledge the original quote but stated I was only a former custom and to paid there price. Buyer beware this company is dishonest they quote one price and after work is done charge you another.
