I encountered one of their work trucks this morning on 7/15/2022. Guy and his coworker totally blew through a red light making a right turn and cut my wife and I off. We had the green arrow and right of way and we were half way through the intersection when he blew the red signal light. Normally I'd let it go but the driver kept looking back and laughing. Truck 115 at around 8AM in Denton. I don't have a plumber I recommend but I have one that I wouldn't recommend now.

The plumber tech that came to fix our water heater was very professional and fully explained the process of replacement and showed me exactly what had happened to our old unit. We are very happy with work that was completed and we will use this company in the future.

Beware, charging by the hour starts when they pull up to your house not when they actually start working. Smoke breaks and breaks sitting on the back fo the truck are also included in the time you are charged. We originally called as this company was the original plumbers when our house was built. Work seems to be decent however when we called regarding the "labor" charge we were told that's just how it is. Not using again and will not refer anyone in the future.

Guy got here on time acted very professional wearing safety gear due to pandemic got the job done quick and easy almost no money at all and was very responsive to all my questions.

We had a shower that wouldn't stop running one night. After calling the answering service, I got a call back from a technician that walked me through what to do to repair it myself. Saved what would have been a lot of money for a late night service call! Tremendous customer service and professionalism!

Do not use this company! I had a service call through them by American Home Shield. They never came out and they said that they did to get the service call fee. After going back and forth with American Home Shield and the plumbing company they finally came out today to do the service call. They contacted me after the technician was supposed to be here and they could not find my house. If they had already come to my house the first time as they claimed they would know what I'm next to, they would know that I wasn't in a gated community and they would know what complex I was in & wouldn't be lost! They were here for five minutes and said they have to come back out again since their first call is just to do an evaluation. He said he needed to go outside and speak with American Home Shield to verify that he could do the work and then he just left. I have been waiting months now and they still have not done any work yet they have been paid through my home warranty company. when I called the Home Warranty company they said the company says they did the work today. They have done nothing and they were paid for doing the work. Do not waste your time get anyone else to come out from your home warranty company.

I can't believe there aren't any reviews for this company yet. I have had nothing but bad experiences with plumbers since we moved to Texas. Not to mention they want and arm and a leg to do the work even for simple things and 10 minute job. I had been praying God would show me who to go with because there are so many to choose from. I never shop at Home Depot, but happen to be in the one in Rockwall when I saw one of the company trucks in the parking lot and decided I would give it a call and see about their pricing. I was pleasantly surprised how much cheaper they were than anyone I have ever dealt with. Juan was great! Friendly, very informative, and informed me of anything that was not expected that came up while installing 3 new toilets for me. I did have a little bit of a communication error with the guy about scheduling and when they were supposed to be coming out, but once that was resolved, I found myself very pleased with the work performed. Thank you Wilson McLain for doing what's right when it comes to work done and people's pocket books. May you be blessed for not being greedy!
