Having accumulated over 42 years of experience, Wilson Home Services prioritizes trustworthiness, fairness, and skill in our services, maintaining integrity. We are committed to helping you save you money. We can’t wait to earn your trust! Founded in 1988, we were formerly known as Wilson Plumbing-Heating-A/C & Electrical. Victor Wilson is one of the few owner/contractors in Texas holding master licenses across all trades. Allow us to present Victor Wilson. Victor Wilson is one of only 9 owner/contractors in Texas with Master Licenses in all TRADES: Wiring, Plumbing, HVAC, and Refrigeration. Over the past 25 years, I have frequently considered how many contractors in Texas actually hold master licenses in all four trades with these endorsements: 1. Unlimited HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration 2. Master Electrician 3. Certified Electrical Contractor 4. Master Plumber with Responsibility I have always believed it was a ""handful"". A month ago, I submitted a request for a custom report from the TDLR via the Open Records Act and have just received the findings. After combining the TDLR spreadsheet with the TSBPE website database, it’s now official. In the entire state, there are just 9 of us. At present, there are 16,552 HVAC contractors actively working in Texas.

Classic waste your time experience.
They will give you a time window, no show, when you call an hour later they tell you the tech is still at his last job.
If you can't reasonable schedule appointments you won't get any business from me (and I'd suggest others choose a more reliable business as well).
I recently moved back to the area and suppose I'll have to find a new company.

A very good responsive company. Unfortunately the problem took care of itself prior to them coming out.

Working with Wilson has been a very satisfying experience. I've had them do many jobs for me and they are professional, organized, and they make the job right. I trust them and will keep using them for my housing needs.

Very expensive. First of all, I was not informed of a service fee of $69. It is definitely above the market price. I only want them to fix a broken irrigation pipe, and the quote I got was $300+. The guy was nice enough to lower it to $250, but it was still crazy. Eventually I hired someone else to do the job with $80, and it took him only 2 minutes. A lesson learned.

Good people, got a job done I couldn't do and i am pretty self sufficient. Very good service!

Above and beyond. I called them for dryer vent cleaning - we just got a new dryer. Dan did that. Beyond that, though, Dan made us aware of an important part that the installers failed to install that could be a fire hazard. And then, as we went outside, he pointed out that our neighbors may have a blocked pipe (which we shared with them). There were several personal touches to the service that went well beyond the call of duty. I'm a fan.

I made an appointment with this company for 11am today, which I had confirmed the day before. No one contacted me or showed up for the appointment so I had called to see what had happened they had explained that my appointment was "lost." I scheduled another for later in the day and when no one showed up for that one I called to see what happened. The owner himself Mr. Wilson happened to answer and explained to me that they were helping people all over the metroplex due to the recent snow storm and that I would just have to wait. I explained my frustration with the original appointment and received no apology, just more explanations about how they are busy and how long he has been in the business. I explained that I needed them to inspect the sewer line of a house that I was intending on buying and that time was a factor and that his team was knowledgeable of my situation from earlier in the week. I was told "Well if the sewer line was a concern to you, you probably shouldn't buy the house anyways." The service they were hired for was to inspect the sewer line so that my realtor and I could make that decision. NOT HIM!
We waited even longer for someone to come and when they got there the camera to inspect the sewer line didn't even work. His crew was polite and apologetic, and I imagine do great work normally. Mr. Wilson himself was rude, and condescending. Since he felt the need to give me his unsolicited advice, here's a little for him: don't be condescending to your customers when you can't even book appointments correctly.

This is by far the worst company I've ever interacted with. They didn't show up for the appointment that they set--despite even calling to confirm the appointment with us the day before--and then set up another appointment five hours later. The kicker is that they were 2.5 hours late to the second appointment, and the camera (for which the entire appointment was for) didn't even work. The owner of the company didn't even apologize and instead attempted to explain why the appointment shouldn't have been kept because of how busy they are. The only thing I'm thankful for in this whole experience is that I didn't have to give them any money because I hope they never make another cent.

We had a busted pipe due to the freeze that happened. Just like everyone else, I was scrambling to get a plumber. Wilson Home Services had me on their schedule and I cancelled, as I expected another plumber to get to us before they could. The other plumber was unable to get to us that day and wouldn't have been out until this week. I texted and asked if we could get back on their schedule, and much to my surprise, they were able to come out the next day! Brad and his apprentice Mark were very kind and professional. They quickly assessed and fixed what was wrong and were able to warn me of the price based on their initial assessment.

Adam from Wilson just completed repairing a broken water supply line to my house. The break was in a tough spot in my shrubbery bed, but he managed to complete the job with minimal damage to my shrubs. Great solution at a reasonable price. Wilson is on my team from now on.
