We have had Wilson Heating and Cooling do everything you can imagine for us from installing our furnace, air conditioning, plumbing, new well pump, and locating an unusual smell and correcting it that was coming from previous workmanship by another company that wasn't done correctly. They are honest people with a good crew and they go beyond what most do to please. Their rates are reasonable and they stand by their work. I recommend them totally.

At first I thought this place was great. Boy was I ever wrong. I wish I would have realized this before I got into the thick of things with them. I wish I would have paid more for an actual plumber that knew what he was doing. Instead I got multiple people doing a job one person could/should have been able to completed in half the time and being charged for EACH person being there. They farted around dragging their feet padding their time. Doing jobs they were not asked to do, just ASSUMED I wanted done. They didn't know how to install a bowl sink that sits on top of the vanity, they just ""winged"" it. The seals look like crap and everything was either over tightened or hanging off. They broke a new toilet by over tightening the screws and cracked the seal. Instead of just apologizing they tried to blame the flooring, drain, and it was that way when they took the toilet out of the box. My question is, why did they then install a toilet they knew was broke and couldn't get a seal and I had to point it out to them after they said the job was complete? They never cleaned up after themselves ever, leaving trash everywhere. I am still finding pieces of PEX line clamps that where extra all over the basement. I was charged for each and every one of those PEX clamps too. There is just so much crappy work I could go on forever. The worst part is they did multiple jobs so I was waiting for a final total bill (I am in the process of a major whole house renovation). Which never came until I asked and which came with $500.00 late charges because they invoiced each and every trip separately. I was never told I had to pay at the end of each job end day. But this doesn't surprise me. They never had anything straight in the first place. charging me double for one guy one day and for another one guy that never even was at my house. I was emailed statements for different people and different jobs. There explanation, oh yeah, I still trying to figure out this emailing thing. I was never sent work statements for me to sign to authorize the work to be done. Oh, the list goes on. I will never use them again and will NEVER recommended them to anyone. Run, run fast! Save your money and go for a professional.
