Again, Wilsons comes through for me. We had a pipe freeze due to the cold weather. I called and they were there within an hour and the job was completed in less than an hour. I appreciate all they've done - no matter what or when they've come through for us.

Geez, I'm taking the time to write a review, because my experience was very different from the ones listed. Turned on my furnace, and it was sounding very loud. It came with the house, and I was told it was a very high end unit by my inspector. That means not everyone is trained to work on it. Scheduled my appointment, and they were right on time. Surveyed the problem, and they explained what needed to be done. Returned with the replacement part (that was under warranty) and corrected the intial installation problems (from another company) that led to the part breaking down. Marcos is the best--he made sure that everything was done correctly and that it was working well before they left. He even made sure that the guys put a drop cloth down to protect my floor and that they cleaned up before they left. He walked me through everything that was done. While I don't have a service contract, I felt that their bill was reasonable. I had great customer service from Hadley, who scheduled my appointment and followed up to make sure that everything was accomplished to my satisfaction. So, give 'em a try....seems like they have solved some of the problems that the other reviewers had by putting together a very good team.

Never use this company! They wanted to charge us 3000 for a new furnace and then tried to install a filthy used one. We had a different company come out and they repaired our current furnace for 300. They told us any competent, honest company would never have replaced it. We contacted channel wfaa news and they did a story on wt happened to us. They interviewed the owner of Wilson's and the guy lied through his teeth. They're crooks!

After they come out and get your money, they don't care about complaints. A Goodman system was installed and I have had nothing but problems since installation. One of the owners has now scheduled 2 appointments with me and has yet to actually show up.

Stay away from this bait and switch company. They quoted me a price of $325 for a drain pan then when I called them back the next day because their guy had not fixed the leak because my hall was full of water Steve Wilson said "the drain pan is now $475!!!" CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS LOUSY COMPANY???

I only gave Wilson's one star because half a star was not an option. They installed a gas furnace and gas hot water heater in my home. The furnace leaked, and they charged me $149 for a "service contract." Consequently, when my pilot light on the water heater would not stay lit, I could never get anyone out to repair it. I made an appointment, and no one showed up, despite the receptionist's having told me he would be en route within 30 minutes. If you bought a "service contract" from Wilson's, good luck using it. The "Wilson family guarantee" is not worth the paper it is written on.

I knew my compressor was going out, just needed an experienced tech to give me the confirmation. With part still under warranty, the tech quoted me $2,200 to replace plus refill the freon which said that mine was an R22 that nobody uses anymore that I needed an upgrade. Talked to my dad's friend who is an AC repairman & said he still uses R22 because it saves money for the customer in the long run. Also that his company would only charge about $500 max for a compressor replacement with freon fill for a unit as big as a 5 ton...mine is a 2 ton! Getting completely ripped off on this quote!! This company is shamming people....steer clear!

Could not help but write a review after getting yet another advertising postcard in the mail. My past impression was that they're out to make money instead of truly wanting to provide good service. I called to inquire how much it was to look at a sliced connector to my AC unit. The rude front desk woman who answered the phone quickly said $200!" I ended up calling an electrician who fixed the connector for $67. Another time I called, Ms. $200 gave me the same answer. It's as if she didn't even listen to my needs. If this is a family business, they need to get that front desk woman a back office job.

I was reimbursed the service charge & received apology from company. Relationship damaged for life.
