Called Wilson's to make an appointment for my toilet tank that had been leaking. Asked them to replace the fill valve. Thankfully they were able to send out a couple plumbers the next day, I was told between 10 am and 12 pm. At 10 am, I received a call stating they're running behind schedule and would come later that day. They arrived at 2:22 pm & replaced the fill valve & told me that the toilet is wobbling which they could easily fix by replacing the wax ring and applying new bolts, which I'd have to pay for the parts for. I told them to go for it, why not? They arrived at 2:22 pm and were out the door by 3:26 pm. I later received a call from the business office telling me I have to pay $307 because their plumbers had worked for an hour & a half ($185/hour) + material (which was only about $30.) I have proof on my Ring camera that the plumbers were only here for an hour and four minutes, but whatever, I paid the invoice & I told myself I'd find a more honest plumbing company next time. They lost my business, but if you're looking to spend $300 to replace an easy $30 part, they're probably your guy.

We bought a house as is in La Grange. It's been trying to say the least. With all of the rain, we have been battling leak issues and they came out immediately. They were efficient, clean, professional, fast, and put everything out front on cost, labor, etc. This is an amazing family run business that cares about the locals. We will never call anyone else! If you want a job done well, with reasonable prices, and good hard working men, these are the guys to call! Highly recommended them!

Been home for 7 months from my 2 yr deployment and this happens. So my water manifold has been leaking for some time now. I have heard about Wilson plumbing from the neighborhood. So I said let's give them a shot. Called them out. Thomas came and accessed the situation. He tried repair the leak but came out that it needed to be replaced. Luckily I did order a new special manifold. ( Because it was a custom made for the home) just let everyone know I hate pex! Back to the story. Don and Derick Wilson came out to help assist. Great guy's. They helped me out with the replacement even though viega sent the wrong manifold. Top it off they replaced my old gate valve with a ball valve. (Did not even asked them to and they did) All around great guy's and great company. Definitely going to recommend them to anyone. And yes the wife is happy now. Lol #HOOAH

Unfortunate as when they do arrive the work is OK and the price is right but my business fell through their cracks twice with a no - call no show to two appointments. Let us hanging with clogged drains even after I spoke directly with Mrs. Wilson and she promised it would not happen again.

Not worth the headache of trying to make sure the company does what it is supposed to do. Look elsewhere.

Had a major leak from upstairs bathtub into kitchen below! Called this company 9/1/2016 in the am, lady answering phone said she would pass the message and someone would get back to us! Called back about 6 hours later, same lady assured us we would have a call back that afternoon! Never received a call back on 9/1 or 9/2. Horrible customer service! Guess they are so busy they don't need my business!!!! Wouldn't call them again even if my house was 10 feet underwater! Called Knights plumbing, someone was out in a few hours!!! Very accommodating and reasonable so if you are looking for a plumber you can depend on call Knights not Wilson!!!

Wow - waited all morning for Wilson's Family Plumbing to show up and fix a much needed toilet - they called to say they have a call out in La Grange and can we wait til TUESDAY! Sounds like they want the holiday off more than work. Don't use this plumber - very unprofessional!
