Need Central Air installed? This company is the real deal and we challenge anyone to find better! We have lived in and renovated many homes throughout the country and can honestly say that Wilson Bros. is THE most professional and customer-oriented business we have ever dealt with. We wanted to install central air in our newly purchased home and received multiple estimates from ""recommended"" businesses. From the first call for an estimate appointment, Wilson Bros. had our attention. Every person (from office staff to technicians) in this company is courteous, knowledgeable and takes pride in helping their customer meet their needs. It took one accurately scheduled week to beautifully and precisely install venting, ducting and air units throughout the entire house and attic. On any given day there were 2 to 8 people working on the installation and not once did we feel inconvenienced, unsafe or the need to supervise. Each cut needed for installation was precise, intentional and accurate and my home was left cleaned and tidy after they would leave for the day. Every person entering our home was introduced, professional and polite. Communication from the office about schedule and billing was frequent and clear. We emphatically recommend Wilson Bros. Heating & Air Conditioning if you value hiring a complete team of Experts who know their trade and equipment. We will absolutely return to this company for future home projects needs.

We have had good experiences with Wilson Bros. We replaced our heat and water heater adding central A/C about 20 years ago. A couple years later we had a service done by the local oil company and noticed a smell and visible smoke from our chimney. Wilson came out and corrected the issue. Then last summer on the hottest week of the year with visitors in town for our daughter's wedding out A/C quit. We called Wilson and they came out the same day and resolved the issue. I have heard so many stories of people waiting a week for a service call when dealing with other companies. In our experience that is not the case with Wilson Bros.

Good people, good service.
Recently, a service appointment was scheduled incorrectly. They quickly sent another tech to complete the service in the time promised.
Their service plan has kept our prices predictable, and when we've needed last minute service they are always fast.

I love that they are local, but most of all that they are responsive and honest, unfortunately that's not universal in their line of work.

Highly recommend for oil and HVAC service.

Had an issue with water leaking near my water heater. I gave them a call and they came right out. They told me what the problem was and ordered the part for me. They came back today and put in the new part. I am very happy with the company and will definitely be using them again.

Just called for some help with our central AC system which seems to be crapping out on us in this heatwave. Was told that since we are not existing customers (which certainly I would have become if they had actually come out to do the repair) they can't guarantee that we'll be seen before two weeks. Thanks for nothing. This is a surefire way to guarantee that I'll never be your existing customer.

We just had Wilson Brothers install a heat pump and AC splits in our house. They were very professional and their fellow Norm that came for the estimate new exactly what would work best in the home. The other company was confusing, expensive and gave us 3 different options...
We could not be happier with their Wilson's work and it was all done in 2 days as promised. We thought the installers were all friendly and seem very competent as well. Happy Customers!

My wife and I bought our house knowing that the old boiler would need to be replaced sometime soon. We thought we could make it through two winters, but we were naive, and it ended up dying in the middle of winter #2. Luckily it was able to limp along for a month or two until we could schedule an install date.

We called Wilson Brothers, and they were very responsive and quick to help. They were able to come out to our house to quote us, and to set a time for installation, which was much sooner than other companies. They updated us every step of the way and were flexible with us when it came to the payment due dates (waiting for credit card statement periods). Wilson Brothers were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, they were solidly below the average quoted price that we received.

During the installation, the technicians were punctual, professional, and very helpful. I asked a lot of questions, and they were happy to explain things to me. The only issue we had was that the two installers could not remove the old boiler. It was far too heavy. I called the office and they were happy to take some off the bill to make up for this. I ended up having somebody come in to take it for scrap cast iron, and it took 5 guys to haul it up the basement steps.

Overall it was a pleasant, painless experience, and I hope we can continue to do business with them in the future for our service, and oil needs.

This company was an absolute Pleasure to deal with from the initial call. Spoke to Michelle, Lynn, and Cheryl throughout the whole process. Those girls were so amazing, made everything fall into place. Always someone to talk to, and made me feel like we were number 1. We had Norman come out to price job, what a great guy and super friendly, and answered all my questions. He was prompt with arrival. Next was Eric , to measure for the job ,and he was spot on with everything and placement and prompt on his arrival . Then we finally had installation for 3 days feb 19,20, 21st 2019. Those guys were prompt every day when they promised. They were friendly , each guy introduced himself and shook my hand , they all loved my two shar pei dogs. The best part of this job was you all respected my home, it was cleaned after the job, and your attention to detail was the best. I can't thank you enough Cliff, Zack, Owen and Al. You made us believe in a business that proves they are the best in customer satisfaction. You were recommended by a neighbor, and after 5 different quotes from different companies, your prices, and professionalism was what we admired in your business. You also knew all the information on the Mass Save programs. That was key. So in closing, thank you so much for doing a beautiful job installing our gas furnace and giving us heat we so needed. Your truly the best around. We will recommend you to our friends and family and use your business for any maintenance or issues in the future.

When my boiler wouldn't run, I called my oil delivery company and they said they couldn't come for four months and suggested I call another company. I am happy I found Wilson Bros Heating. They came right away, and what they and I thought was going to be an hour job, was four hours. The unit was so full of soot, that the pipes just crumbled when they removed them for cleaning. The person they sent got extra help and everything was explained to me clearly. They left my home clean and told me not to worry about them having to stay longer than expected. They wanted my home safe and the boiler working efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for service.
