When my boiler wouldn't run, I called my oil delivery company and they said they couldn't come for four months and suggested I call another company. I am happy I found Wilson Bros Heating. They came right away, and what they and I thought was going to be an hour job, was four hours. The unit was so full of soot, that the pipes just crumbled when they removed them for cleaning. The person they sent got extra help and everything was explained to me clearly. They left my home clean and told me not to worry about them having to stay longer than expected. They wanted my home safe and the boiler working efficiently. I would highly recommend this company for service.

On one of the first cold days of the season our boiler went out. We called after hours and the on call tech, Phil, called almost immediately. He walked us through what was likely wrong and said that we would get a call the following morning. We got a call right away and the tech, Joe, was here right on time. Diagnosed and fixed in 1/2 hour and cost was very minimal. Great service all around!

ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON LABOR !!!

Read the fine print on the BS company. Had a several thousand dollar system installed and it started blowing cold air a little after 1 year of install.

This BS company told me ""aww too bad"" its past your free warranty. They wanted to charge me a dispatch fee, hourly fee and gleefully stated that my parts would be covered.

Turns out the MORONS that installed the system did not properly connect the freon lines. It slowly leaked out and that is why the system was blowing cold air.

We came home to our boiler not igniting. They responded quickly that evening, and came out promptly the next morning (we had decided not to have them come at night... after all, it was Red Sox game 2!). Pleasant to deal with all the time, whether tech, office staff, sales folks, or installation crew. Highly recommend!

I've had a whole home humidifier and a brand new heating, air conditioning system put in my house by Wilson Brothers. Their customer service is great, scheduling was easy and flexible, and the service technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative thing I have is that when they were installing the home humidifier, one of the techs accidentally damaged one of the A-coils of my existing HVAC system. It was an honest accident, which the tech explained to me WHY he did what he did. The tech apologized sincerely, and WB offered to give me a replacement coil at no cost. However, my wife and I came to the decision that we would explore the cost and time for a whole new system (given that ours was 17 years old). WB worked with us to get us a discounted price on the system, they completed the work quickly, and it's been a blessing to help us stay cool through the 90 degree days. Glad to have a dependable HVAC contractor like Wilson Brothers around.

Called them this past winter for a quote for new gas furnace as an alternate to Masi. Loved their overall company personality, friendly service and love our new furnace and humidifer. They applied a ""lagniappe"" by redoing our dryer vent, so nice.
They probably deserve 6 stars but the very next day our newer Whirlpool washing machine filled up w water when not in use and still doing it. We shut the intake off but strange.

I had my central A/C go out yesterday and left a message last night. They called today and went over a few things on the phone to be sure it wasn't something like a breaker etc. Got me on their schedule today and it is fixed, yay! I scheduled an annual maintenance for next week since we have not been having it serviced.
