I wanted to write a review to update our situation. Willy's Plumbing called me the next business day after writing their response to my review. They followed up on their promise to reimburse me for the other plumber's visit. Times have been difficult for some people so I understand that perhaps my interactions with them was during a difficult time. By speaking with them, hearing their side, and having them reimburse me, they did exactly what I believe a 5-star business should do. I would 100% give them a second chance should I need a plumber again. Thank you, Willy's Plumbing. I am glad we were able to speak and work this out.

The response time to my initial inquiry, which was provided via voicemail, made a great first impression. The normal hours are from 8am to 4pm so I wasn't able to speak to anyone directly because the backed up main for the house didn't reveal itself until 7pm. Although I didn't utilize the emergency number, I'm glad that the option for it is available.

This morning I received a call back around 7:30am and was provided an eta of 30 minutes. I might be making this up, but it seemed like work had commenced at 8:01am! I value my time, especially when doodoo is backing up into my shower floor, so details like that speak volumes.

Enrique was my technician and he didn't waste anytime tackling the situation. Professional, pleasant, timely and clean (as clean as this kind of job could be) is the only way to describe my experience. ""Did he clear the blockage?"" Yeeess. ""Would I recommend this company to someone else?"" Yeeess.

Willy repaired a stuck valve under the sink and fixed a broken faucet handle. Willy did a great job and the price was very reasonable! He was very professional and incredibly friendly. All his staff I've talked to on the phone have been great. I highly recommend his services.

Juan showed up yesterday and unclogged my toilet which wasn't as easy as we initially thought. But he figured it out and cleared the line. Happy with the service and price. In addition, he was clean,masked and had gloves and shoes covered and put everything back in my bathroom. Will use again.

I called a few plumbers to get an estimate for moving a tub drain and relocating a toilet in our master bath. He was one of four plumbers to come out and give an estimate.

Willy's Plumbing came out and gave a detailed estimate of what would be involved with the work and how much effort it would be to do the project. He came to do the work within a few days and spent all day moving the toilet and tub drain.

He was very professional and took proper precautions to make sure the work area was clean and tidied up before he left. The work came out great. I called him a few days later to help with another issue in the second bathroom. He came out on a Saturday and helped diagnose the problem. He came out within a few hours of being asked for his availability which was fantastic. I definitely would call Willy again if we have any other projects for Plumbing in the future.

We just had our toilet repaired by Juan. Could not have had better more courteous service. The best plumbing experience I've ever had as long as I've been in Los Angeles for 30 years. Reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this service too highly!!!

Hand's down, the best plumber we have ever used. We called in other plumbers to snake a blocked line and were told they could not do it. The reasons given included not having a long enough snake and the pipes being bent. Willy's not only had a 25 foot snake, but cut the pipes, did the unblocking and installed a clean-out for easy future access. Oh, and they also moved a socket under our kitchen sink higher so it was not dangerous. Call Willy's before you call anyone else.

Their small band of competent employees make every effort to get the job done in a timely manner with frequent updates if a previous call alters their appointment time.... a small accommodation to make for trusted work.
