This review is long over due. I bought a house and started a major renovation project. During renovations we found a lot of little hidden issues that needed to be fixed. What made me call Wills was a pipe burst in the garage and I needed a plumber ASAP. I remembered I saw a truck drive by with Wills plumbing so I looked it up and called. Kris came out and knew immediately what needed to be replaced and explained why the pipe burst. He was honest and straightforward with pricing and how long it would take to fix and what was needed. And it was done. Ive had multiple plumbing needs handled by this company and I feel like they have been honest and trustworthy and timely. Which is hard to find.

I first used Will's Plumbing services about six years ago, when renovating my townhouse. They opened a new draining hole in my first level shower (you could see the concrete foundation, if I recall), as well as installing new toilets and various fixtures for a very reasonable price. The plumber, which I don't recall his name, was friendly, polite, and took care to wear squeegees.

I recently had the need for miscellaneous work to be done. A few faucets were dripping or not working properly, kitchen reverse osmosis water filters needed replacement, and unclogging air conditioning main drain line. The plumber name was Justin which was always on time, polite, performed the work diligently, wore squeegees as he was entering my home, and took care to close main entrance door so my cats won't run out. He also cleaned after performing the work if there were debris or dust.

I also got email notifications when the plumber was on his way (Justin was always on time) and the office person that usually answered my calls (I think her name is Angel or Angela), was always polite and returned my calls promptly if further input was necessary on my part.

In short, I am very happy with Will's Plumbing and highly recommend them. As long as the service quality and reasonable prices last, I see no reason even looking for a different plumber to compare prices.

I wish I recall the technician's name - I had assumed it was Will based on the truck, but realize now the size of the company beyond just the technician coming out of the big orange truck. He was very pleasant and was able to introduce us to many facets of the area!

I was using Will's Plumbing for a year, and since the very beginning I didn't really trust them but you know how it goes when they are your first choice.
First the the owner comes to your house, checks the issue and supposedly send his worker, eventually he fixes one of the problems but he is not sure the other because the owner hasn't explained to him so meanwhile he fools around pretending he knows what he is doing and waisting your time, just to find out that the work he did in 30 min. becomes 1:50 minutes, sends you the bill and done!!! It is not the first time he charges me whatever he wants, if I complain he tells me he has in his small laptop the time (of course, the worker punch his departure when he leaves his house and after when he gets into his truck writes his notes, eat, drinks clocks out (this so he can justify his time) I am extremely furious and disappointed to the point that I don't want to use them anymore!! there are tons of Plumber out there willing to work honestly!!!! but if you say something? owner gives you attitude!! so frustrating dealing with that company!!! I hate his gas charges fee on top of their expensive, luxurious work!!!!

Reached out to Will's Plumbing and they responded right away. Set up an appointment and showed up On time, on the day and was able to determine 3 issues I had in my house. They were able to schedule the same person (who was SO GREAT! Courteous, knowledgeable and very respectful) to come out within 2 days and fixed my issues at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

Had them come out and fix MORE bloody toilets...leaking at the base. He replaced the seals Acaand reset the toilets, two more in the women's bathroom this time. Fantastic...

I'm in Henderson. Have no idea why it has me under Laguna Beach...

I used to love this place, but the last time he was here the innards to my toilet was broken. He said I would have to replace the toilet. He charged me $129 for a service fee and then asked me if was there anything else he could help me with. I told him my refrigerator didn't have any water pressure. He told me to change the filter. I asked him if he had any filters with him, he said no you can buy them anywhere. He took my money and left. I called Kohler to see what I could do to fix my toilet. They sent me a part for $28 and with a video camera on my phone showed me how to change it. I'm sorry for this poor review, but I will never use this company again.

We scheduled them to come to install a new toilet on july 7. Brian arrived on time which is always a plus. He explained everything he was doing and did a great job. He even hauled away all the gigantic boxes for us along with the old toilet. He was very personable and efficient and we will request him again for our next plumbing job.

Prompt, responsive service and excellent customer interface from initial phone call to completed work. Pricing was fair, reasonable and transparent.

My technician was Anthony and I found him to be honest, respectful and very service-minded. He spoke highly of the company he represented and said the majority of their business was from customer referrals. I can see why and totally recommend Will's Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing work.
