Terrible company. Came by and did nothing. Reschedule twice due to 'double booking'. We had to get someone else. Not recommended. Very unprofessional.

This man is a proper plumber. Let me tell you about the awesomeness.

Okay, first I had to re-attach a radiator that shady contractor had secretly left detached (it was hidden with the radiator cover) and had some stripped threads on one of the valves. I was getting estimates telling me I needed to replace all of this piping in my house, rip up the walls, etc. Mr. Wills just came in and re-attached the radiator, putting on a new valve. And at an extremely good price.

Then he came out and snaked some old drain piping in the kitchen and while he was here I asked him to give me a quote on replacing a boiler re-circulation pump. It was making a lot of noise. He gave me an excellent quote on replacing it if needed but not only that, he explained to ME how to do it if I wanted to do it myself. Other plumbing companies do this condescending thing if they've found out I've tried to do some of the work myself to save money, like ""See, little woman? You failed and that's why you're having problems in the first place."" Mr. Wills even talked to me about socket wrenches to use and such.

But before he left, he just started knocking around on the pump a bit and the noise reduced significantly, to almost a negligible amount. I may still need to replace it, but at this point, I may not.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Came to my home for plumbing services and what was supposed to be one days work was dragged out for several weeks. He was not ontime and I would always have to call to find out if he was still coming. He came to fix a small leak from my shower handle and I developed major problems! In the process of fixing the shower handle my dining room area flooded!! My ceiling had to be replaced because of all the water that came through from the shower up stairs. He made an attempt to fix the ceiling which was not properly done. I informed him that I was not satisfied and he said he would come back the next week to fix it but never showed up. It has been 2 months now! He was able to fix some of my smaller plumbing issues but I was really disappointed he did not complete the ceiling as promised!
