All Pro did a great job for an early Monday call after our old water heater broke down and leaked. They arrived in the two hour window scheduled. After through inspection and quote, we replaced our water heater. Repair completed same day. Keith was very good and made it a fair quote. Definitely recommend All Pro.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. In July 2013 we had a new AC unit installed. There were problems right away with the installation (every time the unit kicked on our entire house would have a power surge) and I had to call to have another technician come out and fix the issue. I had lost trust in our initial installer so I requested a different installer come out. Less than 2 years later our AC went out completely.

All Pro refused to stand by their work, I was stunned by this.

At first they came out and looked into the issue, but said it was too late in the day to fix it and that Dave (I believe the manager) would call us. He never called. The next morning I called multiple times but kept being told Dave was in a meeting. When Dave finally called he said the soonest he would come and fix it would be 5 days (keep in mind it is 90 degree weather and have no AC). He told me two others were just given same day appointments because they were local to San Antonio and that since they no longer work in my area that he would not come out for 5 days. It was obvious that he did not care that I was a customer who had spent thousands of dollars with him less than 2 years earlier (when he did service my area). I called many other AC companies to try and find someone and they all said I needed to go through the company that installed the unit due to warranty issues. When I told them the situation none of them could believe what All Pro was doing. It is shocking that they feel they can treat a customer so poorly. They were happy to take my money less than 2 years earlier but now did not want my business or to stand by their work.

I found a reputable AC tech to help me and low and behold, All Pro's estimate for the fix (that they would not do for 5 days) was TWICE the estimate of the new AC technician that came out same day. Wow. I do not know if they overcharge all of their customers like this but I would be very careful before hiring this company and I would definitely get a 2nd opinion to verify what they are saying is true. For one thing they told me all of my Freon had leaked out, but actually only 50% had leaked out. They were going to charge me for twice the amount of Freon than what I actually needed, among other unneeded charges.

I was extremely disappointed with the work these guys started doing at my parents home - after two days of digging they could still not determine if the leak was inside or outside of the house. The technician/plumber would leave and go to HomeDepot for parts and spent a large percentage of his time fixing problems they caused when they cut through the neighbors water line.

I would not recommend using Texas All Pro for plumbing problems. I only wish I had checked their BBB ratings and Yelp reviews before my father scheduled them to work on his plumbing problem.

We recently had our maintenance visit from Texas All Pro Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Honestly, we had forgotten that this was included in our purchase -- but were glad to get the check-up on the system.

Our technician, Jonathan, was excellent, pleasant and truly service oriented. We appreciated his manner and his work. If he represents the caliber of personnel doing this work with TAPPAC, then things are good.

I looked at some of the other reviews and had similar feelings at our initial contact for the hot water heater. However, the experience in this particular circumstance was quite good!

This is my second review for All Pro, I'm not sure why my first review got flagged by Yelp but I met with them and they mentioned that a dual zone system could help our upstairs stay as cool as our downstairs.

The heat seems to be trapped upstairs and so my home office was always super warm, but now we can run the A/C only upstairs and not have to be cooling the entire house when downstairs was already cool.

I live in Austin and have been a customer for over nine years - even through all the name and management changes. Never had any issues until 3 moths ago after replacing entire hvac system last August, 2014. Winter brought on the use of the brand new heating unit and I sincerely thought my room was an airplane taking off.

I called AllPro took time off to wait... Needless to say I waited not only for the technicians but waited for the resolution... Three visits and total of two different technicians and not resolution. Called the office and calls stopped being returned. I was angrier than angry until Henry took full responsibility for the situation.

He listened and reacted he promised to follow through and he did. Today I had the field consultant for Lennox at the house and three of Allpro's technicians all pleasant and got things done... Most amazing they even cleaned up.

Indeed Henry has restored my faith in Allpro.

Thank you for being on time resolving the air flow issue.

Service industry suffers from bad experience review... It is rare they are unwarranted yet I want to compliment Henry and crew for a professional job today.

It's freezing outside! But not in my house! All Pro was a recommendation from a friend. They called me in a timely manner and had a technician out within a couple of hours. Ace, the technician, was thorough. Although the heating unit requires a new part, he got the system working. We should hopefully stay warm through the weekend and hopefully until the part comes in! So far, so good! Will update review once service is complete!

I called All Pro to get some gas logs for our fireplaces. When we had our initial visit to pick out logs, we had Jane come out. She was great, took measurements and guided us to the correct size logs we needed and price point we wanted to stay in. She was personable, polite, and was honest if she didn't know information and needed to double check something for us; instead of BSing her way through it. She got our logs ordered and we were extremely happy with the service so far.

After our logs were in, we got a call from them saying that Jane was going to be out to install them for us. We were happy to have her come back out since it was such a great experience with her before. That day Jane was running late, and we were told that she would be another hour past the original time. This was fine for us since I was going to be there until later in the afternoon anyway. Instead of Jane though, they called back and sent someone else who could be there right away. This was weird for me since I didn't really care about waiting on Jane, but I figured she got caught up in a problem on another job. So, instead I got a guy who didn't look like he knew anything and was not very friendly. I see him reading the instructions on installation and scratching his head as if he had no clue what was happening. After he installed them, he left the boxes for me to get rid of instead of taking them... not great, but whatever.

So, fast forward to lighting them up. The fire was right at the edge of the fireplace; like all the way to the edge. Dangerous, in any situation, but especially since we have two dogs and a 2 year old. The way he set it up, the fire was in front, back and surrounding the gas logs. I figured my husband or I would just alter the set up a little and go from there. Since we were moving in, this process wound up on the back burner - no pun intended. After we used the fireplaces for a few times, we noticed that the logs in the front were becoming black and I started to notice a burning smell. I called and had them send someone out. I wasn't sure if somehow we got faulty logs, or if the installation was just wrong.

This time, we got Jane again - YAY! :) She took some pictures, just to be on the safe side, and started taking everything out. She checked with her boss to see how, or if, we could clean up the logs to get the black stuff off. Apparently, you can use 409 on it... surprising, since its flammable, but ok. So, she cleaned them off, adjusted the installation and put everything back together. The fire was set back farther and instead of being in front of the logs, it was now behind and in the middle - perfect placement. There was no damage done to the logs, and no other obvious things wrong, so we are assuming it was poor installation. She also noticed that when they were installed, there wasn't a damper put on. She got it ordered for us and saw that it was like that on the other fireplace too. The guy who installed these was a WINNER - please note the sarcasm there.

I'm not a fan of the guy who installed it, obviously, he doesn't know what the heck he's doing, or just doesn't care. The company itself was great as far as getting someone out here, and getting our logs ordered and installed quickly. Jane was a rockstar. She knows what she's doing, and actually cares about how its installed and if you are satisfied with everything. If you need All Pro to come out to your home, ask for JANE.
