I wish there was a way to accurately describe these criminals. First of all they took advantage of a recent widow with no knowledge on AC units by claiming that a 8 year old AC unit needed to be completely replaced. I understand that more research should have been done on this end but what happened to customer service in this country where people were honest? Money grubbing industries are ruining this country and companies like Will's All Pro need to be stopped and put out of business. Second, the managers claim to have morals and want to keep their clients happy yet when problems arise they need to be threatened with lawsuits and whatever else to return phone calls. After the installation of a "top of the line" AC unit there were problems with the humidity levels of the house. It took fighting tooth and nail to get them back out to the house to correct the problem. Once it was all said and done we wanted nothing to do with this company. We simply wanted our 12 year manufacturers warranty so that we could find another company to service this unit in the future. What did Will's All Pro do? They said that the warranty was covered in house. Well how convenient. Take the money that was paid for a manufacturers warranty and keep it in house so now we are stuck with this company. That is not proper business. They never registered the unit with the manufacturer and it has been hell dealing with this situation. I do not recommend this company to anyone because it is filled with lousy human beings. As a veteran of the United States Military I demand to be treated better than this. You are in a business that thrives from customer relations and customer service. I did not fight for this country to have businesses like this taking advantage of my fellow Americans. I ask you all to avoid Will's All Pro at all costs.

I CAN NOT Believe that I see a couple of negative comments on Yelp !!! All is can tell you is that Will's ALL PRO is an amazing company to deal with. I recently had my main air unit go out while on vacation. We returned from our family retreat in Colorado at 11am to a house that was 90 degrees. Even though it was a SUNDAY they came out within 1 hour of the call. that's right 1 hour on a SUNDAY !!! I couldn't believe it. They also had to make a emergency call to a warehouse for all necessary equipment to fix main unit. The representatives from this company were extremely professional and courteous. Within 2 hours they arrived with a brand new unit and stayed until 11:45 to complete the installation. They even left with such a positive attitude explaining that he they had to go back to work very early the next morning. I did my research and the pricing was very good and very competitive !!! I am 100% satisfied !! I have also recently had them install a brand new (NOT FROM HOME DEPOT) water softener. I have a family of 5 and it is necessary. The installation and brand new water softener is fantastic and built to last. MY last one from Home Depot broke and flooded my entire garage. Both service men went over every aspect of the water softener with detailed instructions for operation. it has been installed for over 2 weeks now and what a difference it makes. I have owned my own business before and fully understand what service, accountability, professionalism, quality and warranty is all about. I will tell you WITHOUT hesitation that I DO recommend Will's ALL Pro to ANYONE and EVERYONE that I know. You take it to the bank that the job will get done and you will sleep with a clear conscious knowing you didn't get ripped off. Lastly, for those that have left negative comments, I would suggest you give them another try !! and make sure that it is WILL's ALL PRO and not some copycat company.

On August 19, I asked All Pro to come out and repair my irrigation system. Oscar Ramirez came out (1 1/2 hours late) and fairly quickly diagnosed the problem. He charged me $69.00 for the service call and informed me before fixing the problem that the charge would be an additional $95.00. I expected this and told him to go ahead and fix it. He then proceeded to replace 8 of the nozzles on my sprinkler heads. He gave me some good advice for what kind of nozzles to use. I thought he might throw them in for free as they were just small pieces of plastic. Wrong. Without telling me how much each nozzles would cost me, he charged me 100.00 for eight nozzle!. The math works out to $12.50 each! I called the company and complained and was told by a Bill and Paul that the nozzles were first quality and the ones I could buy at Lowes for $1.69 were seconds. He stated that is what Lowes sells...factory seconds! I wonder if Lowes knows that? He further stated that I was buying their service as well and they would come out and service the nozzles if they broke in the future. If they would ever break in the future, which they rarely do, I would just go to Lowes and buy another (factory second) nozzles and replace it. I could have replaced the nozzles mysel
If you don't mind being taken to the cleaners by this company, then hire them as they will do good work. If you want to be charged fairly for materials they provide, go somewhere else.

Save your money and get a family owned company to do your work. I called this company after coming home from a three week trip, and finding my water shut off by the city of Boerne, being caused by an irrigation leak in my sprinkler system. All Pro was selected as having come up first on my computer search for someone that could repair, and get my water turned back on quickly. The representative I spoke to on the phone had an attitude and I should know better that to proceed but went ahead and authorized their service. I was told that a service call was $169.00, and they were sure to record me as certainty I would pay this amount. They sent out a tech to repair the sprinkler and quickly discovered that a pipe had broken in the front yard, most likely due to water pressure. The tech told me that I was to be charged $175.00 an hour for the time spent as well as the service call charge. Prior to them arriving I shut of the sprinkler system and turned the water back on, so we had water in our home prior to them arriving. The tech quickly dug a hole in the yard discovering the broken sprinkler pipe and knocked on my door telling me the repair to replace a short section of pipe with a schedule 40 plastic pipe would be $995.00. When I told him no way, he told me he could replace it with a lesser grade of pipe for $595.00. When I expressed my disdain over such pricing, he said we will cap it then, and you will still owe the service charge and the hourly rate, a total of $344.00. Since I told them I would pay, I wrote them a check for that amount. My system was still not repaired. I since have called a local company here in Boerne and had the system properly repaired. The pipe cost was $1.50 cents and the repair was a charge for the service call of $69.00. The plumber was astounded that they could have bill such unreasonable charges for a simple repair. I should tell those interested that I am a commercial property owner and own and manage a number of commercial properties. I am used to dealing with responsible contractors and did not expect such a rip off as I experienced.

Joe the service tech did a great job on my requested repairs. However, it took way longer than I had anticipated(3 days) and a tad bit pricey for two minor requests. However, the customer service was phenomenal because they were able to send Joe out same day and he was quick to respond when our slight issue came to light.

Having just moved to San Antonio, I needed someone to come out and service the sprinkler system. After a couple of failed attempts with other companies, Will's All Pro made an appointment the next day. (They did end up having to reschedule for the next day, but that was still faster than I could get anyone else out.)

Oscar was very helpful, and showed me how everything worked. The system was in good condition, and he only had to replace on sprinkler head. He did make some suggestions for the future.

Will's All Pro (and Oscar, if possible) will be the first ones I call in the future for my sprinkler system!

All Pro did a great job for an early Monday call after our old water heater broke down and leaked. They arrived in the two hour window scheduled. After through inspection and quote, we replaced our water heater. Repair completed same day. Keith was very good and made it a fair quote. Definitely recommend All Pro.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. In July 2013 we had a new AC unit installed. There were problems right away with the installation (every time the unit kicked on our entire house would have a power surge) and I had to call to have another technician come out and fix the issue. I had lost trust in our initial installer so I requested a different installer come out. Less than 2 years later our AC went out completely.

All Pro refused to stand by their work, I was stunned by this.

At first they came out and looked into the issue, but said it was too late in the day to fix it and that Dave (I believe the manager) would call us. He never called. The next morning I called multiple times but kept being told Dave was in a meeting. When Dave finally called he said the soonest he would come and fix it would be 5 days (keep in mind it is 90 degree weather and have no AC). He told me two others were just given same day appointments because they were local to San Antonio and that since they no longer work in my area that he would not come out for 5 days. It was obvious that he did not care that I was a customer who had spent thousands of dollars with him less than 2 years earlier (when he did service my area). I called many other AC companies to try and find someone and they all said I needed to go through the company that installed the unit due to warranty issues. When I told them the situation none of them could believe what All Pro was doing. It is shocking that they feel they can treat a customer so poorly. They were happy to take my money less than 2 years earlier but now did not want my business or to stand by their work.

I found a reputable AC tech to help me and low and behold, All Pro's estimate for the fix (that they would not do for 5 days) was TWICE the estimate of the new AC technician that came out same day. Wow. I do not know if they overcharge all of their customers like this but I would be very careful before hiring this company and I would definitely get a 2nd opinion to verify what they are saying is true. For one thing they told me all of my Freon had leaked out, but actually only 50% had leaked out. They were going to charge me for twice the amount of Freon than what I actually needed, among other unneeded charges.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They try to sell you service you don't need. They do poor service. Some of their technicians are real "used car salesmen" types!
