I used this company to fix a leak in my ball valve at the main water line into my home. DON'T USE THEM!!!! They gave me 3 tiers of payment to get it fixed ranging from $400 to $1400+. Because my water was off I felt pressured to get it turned on and chose a $1201 fix. The $400, as they put it was a patch, the next up was $1201 with an 18 month guarantee. Well it took them 2 hours to fix it. I later found out the part they replaced cost less than $100 on the internet. OMG! I had no idea that plumbers made over $500/hour! I called and asked to speak with a manager and no one ever call me back. I called at least 4 times nicely requesting to speak with a manager. They did have the plumber call me and he basically said "hey lady, we gave you 5 choices to choose from". Well no they didn't...only 3. Then on top of that, they only gave me a 12 month guarantee, NOT the 18 month the plumber told me. I contacted the BBB concerning this and they lied in their response and made no move to contact me. I contacted them again by email and they told me to take it to the BBB. So....

This company came out after hours and responded quickly... However, for $530.00 I would have expected the job to be completed especially since it was a simple job. The job was left incomplete and I was still not able to use my faucet. A screw "came up missing" and I was told that it would cost me $185.00 to replace the screw. I found the same screw at Home Depot for $5.00. I was also told that a clip was missing and that part was $150.00. A very simple job would have cost me close to $1,000.00. So fair warning... this company will nickel and dime you to death and still not complete the work. I would not recommend this company unless you are in desperate need and have an unlimited supply of money.

**Update**
I was contacted after posting this review and the manager made things right. The service technician was sent to my house the following day and replaced the "missing screw" at no additional charge. However, now when I turn the water on the shower head leaks which was not a problem before this service. I will be contacting the company again and hopefully they will fix whatever else was messed up during the service.

$482 to replace this $24 fireplace valve. It was not leaking and there was an access door directly leading to the 2 pieces that needed to be unscrewed to replace it (no drywall, siding, or stucco demo needed).

They called ask how my service went. I explained I was taken advantage of as I did not receive a breakdown of parts/labor when I received my invoice after the service was done. They promised a manager call back. Instead I have received 4 follow up calls trying to be unsold on other products. Every time I tell them I'm not interested and I'm still waiting for a manager call back.

The going rate for a plumber in San Antonio is $105 an hour. It took 45 minutes to replace the $24 part. Not sure where the extra $353 came from and apparently neither can their management staff cause they can't call me back with an explanation.

THEN don't even get me started on the $512 charge to dig up a (yes 1) sprinkler Solenoid Valve!?!?

The rep was nice enough to offer me a $25 discount though. (See invoice). PLEASE CALL A DIFFERENT PLUMBING COMPANY AND DO NOT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE I WAS.

My outside condensing unit stopped working. Compressor not turning, but cooling fan worked. He noticed burn marks around the 24 volt main contactor (remote controlled on/off switch), which he replaced.
This is a 2005 Ruud HVAC 2 ton system that has seen increased cooling demand over the past 2 years. The contacts arcing, finally burned away the metal. He replaced the Ruud 30Amp, 1 Pole contactor with an OEM unit and the problem was fixed.
This company charges with repair "options" in addition to the dispatch fee. In my case, the invoice read Bronze Estimate $893.00.
Home Depot price for this contactor is $12.40.
BEWARE the camouflage of labor and item replacement cost by wood, bronze, silver, gold, diamond, etc. options! My bill was $1022.00.

These individuals show up late consistently. I had a new AC unit installed. They did a poor job and it failed city inspection. They came and supposedly fixed the issues. Well it failed city inspection a second time. at this point I called and demanded someone else come and fix the repairs. They did send someone who said that the installers did a bad job but he could not fix it and the original installers have to come back. I have no choice but to have these incompetent people come back. I hope I don't fail another city inspection at this point. I have already lost a weeks worth of work waiting for these individuals. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

The visit cost me $128 for the service call for AC checks on two systems at our home. They came out as scheduled. Looked around for a few minutes told me that I needed to completely replace a mini split system because it would cost $400-450 in freeon and it probably had damage to the compressor. They quoted $5500 to replace it. They also have quoted $2500 to replace a drain pan that is on our air handler because it drips. After the tech left he came back about an hour later after he'd had lunch and realized that he'd left a bunch of tools in our attic and in the yard. I called another company to get a second opinion and I'm glad I did. It took the other company less than 10 minutes to find the leak in the mini split (actually just a loose fitting not even an actual leak) they put a couple pounds of freeon in and it cost me $150 in all! Call Ralph's AC instead!! Absolutely never going to waste money on having Wills All Pro out ever again.

Huge waste of time and money. Paid for a service call only to have the tech state that my unit had a leak and suggest replacement over finding and fixing said leak. I called in another company that found and fixed the leak in less than 15 minutes. AllPro just wanted to run up a bill rather than doing their job!

My landlord used these people when he decided to change out our whole unit since the current one was old. They got here at 9 am on 7:2 and didnt leave until 11:30 pm. They broke tools, had to leave to go get tools, had to leave to get more parts before they finally. Mind you the ac obviously didn't work and it is July so it was so hot in here for us and our pet. We were patient even though it was a work night and we had to get up early the next morning. They left and said it was fixed. At about 3pm on 7/3 we got home to notice it was hot again. My landlord called them out and they got to my house at 5:30. They discovered to leaks outside and one inside. They could fix the two outside which could have been discovered the first night had they done all their testing to make sure no leaks. They could not fix the leaks the same day so the tech that came out got his supervisor on the phone and they approved a hotel for us since the next day was the 4th they would not be able to come out till the 5th. They said go get a hotel enjoy your fourth and don't worry about where and they would reimburse. No one was in the office so late in the day to pay up front for us. I asked if there was somewhere specifically they usually booked and he said just find some place that is pet friendly and enjoy your 4th. By this time it was 6:45 the night before a holiday. I live in the medcenter so all of the hotels that were pet friendly were booked because of the holiday because of how close to fiesta Texas. We called about 7 hotels. We went to Staybridge checked in and it stunk and it was 199 a night plus a 75 deposit and it was not clean. I kept calling finally found Hyatt hill country resort for 169 because of my husbands disabled vet status and federal employee status we got a great discount. We stayed even though it was in an inconvenient location but were glad to be in the cool and have our pet with us. When I turned in the receipt no one could figure out what I was talking about and acted as if this was never the situation but took the receipt. I waited a week and called to check to see when I would be reimbursed and they said they would call me back. The most obnoxious rude condescending man called me back and said that he could not justify my stay at the resort and that he would have put me in la Quinta and said he would only pay a portion of the bill. He made me feel as though I had done something wrong. When I called back to see if the partial check had been sent he answers said yes and hung up. That was on 7/12. I have yet to see the check and when I called him on 7/20 the minute I told him who I was he hung up on me and rejected my call when I tried to call back. He is the most unprofessional man I have dealt with in a very long time. Beware!! They are dishonest and do not keep their word. I will be contacting ksat next. I am out money because of their promises. I posted on their fb, they called me a liar and then blocked me from responding. CLASSY

The one Star is because they came late at night trying to solve my plumbing issue. I appreciated that. The technician was not able to solve it, but he did say it was coming back the next day. He did confirm we had a block in our pipes and he was coming back with a bigger instrument to double check. He did try his best to solve the problem which again I appreciate. We could not use our bathroom, so it was an emergency. The technician said he would come back the next day in the early afternoon which was understandable since he left at 3am. We called the company at 2pm since no one had showed up. They took our call and said they will reach out with a quote. Two days later we are still waiting to hear back. We went with another company immediately and they are already working on it. This is a $6k job and an emergency so I guess AllPro doesn't need customers. Bad follow up and assistance.
