I recently had the AC unit go out at our rental property... Wills all pro technician showed up, on time so that's why they get 2 starts. Long story short the technician quoted me $1600 for repairs, mind you he said he's giving me "a good discount"... I let him know I'd like to get a second company to give me a quote as well. He then calls me back and says "I was able to get it down to $1400". That's just so sketchy and honestly felt like they're just trying to take me for as much money as they could. Ended up going with All American AC and paid $1100. Don't trust their initial quote.

I was leaving town the next day and had an after hour emergency leak in my main water valve. With the water turned off there was no way I wanted to leave on a business trip leaving my family with no water. I called Will's All Pro plumbing, spoke to a service rep and was speaking to a technician in less than 30 minutes. I sent pictures of the site and they arranged a tech to come at 9pm (1 hour after my call!) Alex was the technician who showed up and did a great job, but what stood out the most was his transparency in the solution options and his professionalism as we waited for the site to dry to test. Alex was easy to talk to and would call this company every time he a person of his magnitude came, or someone just like him. Call them
If you want your plumbing fixed Quick, professional, and have a person of character sent out to your home.

BEWARE! Wills all Pro/Goette Air do not stand behind their brand and workmanship. They hired NEXA, a sales company, that calls to hook you on a diagnostic/tune-up call for a cheap deal. Evan Olson and Bryce from NEXA at the SA site said the tune up special included a coil cleaning. I had four homes done. None of the work description on the invoices mentioned coil cleaning nor did they do that service but we were still charged for the tune-up. They recommended a lot of unneeded services including a total replacement. We checked with another HVAC company and they said the unit did NOT need replacing. One home of four had the coil cleaned and I was charged $333. It's a RIP-OFF folks. I've called twice , several emails, and they said the HVAC department would call back, nothing-TERRIBLE customer service. Once they get your money, they don't care! Again, don't fall their tricks of getting your business!

I have Airtron maintenance service regularly. This company called me that they were running a special for an AC maintenance for $29.00. They came out and instead of maintenance, they started to mention all types of services I needed. They came up with $2,500 dollars worth of services. As mentioned, I have usual maintenance from Airtron, which was suspicious. I agreed to only an AC chemical coil cleaning. They charged me $400, and after doing research, this process is usually only $100 to $250. This company is a scam be ware. They come out not to maintenance, but to try to find anything to charge Customers In which you don't need. Needless to say, my AC now, is not functioning properly. The house is much hotter now than before the service from Will's all pro (it doesn't cool). This company's main objective is to gouge people by trying to run specials only to gain access to your house and begin their scam. As a result, I'm now having Airtron to come out and analyze what this company did to my AC. Horrible dishonest company, stay away!

This company is very efficient, but they are extremely expensive. We used them on December 2019 to repair our gas fireplace; they did a great job, although very, very expensive . . . over a thousand dollars. Yikes!
On August 15, 2020, our water softener system failed, sending particulates throughout the piping of our house, clogging every faucet and ruining three toilets. Their plumber, Anthony, did a good job, although very, very expensive. Anthony was here for two hours and charged us $1179 for time and materials. That was exorbitant.
I would have let this go, except the problem of clogged faucets returned the next day. All Pro sent another plumber today, who helped a bit, then could not finish the job after he broke a tool. We then asked the plumber to replace a simple bar faucet with a new fixture. The labor cost alone quoted was $400. No thank you. We sent the plumber away.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Run, do not walk, from Will's All Pro Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I am calling Trump to ask that he make plumbing great again!

A year ago, this place charged me over $3000 for a water heater. I knew it was way overpriced - but water was pouring out of my old water heater and I needed to get to work so I bit the bullet. A free flush of the system was part of the "deal." They were scheduled to come out and do it today between 11am and 1pm. It was scheduled over a week ago. Just got a call that they can't make it until maybe 3-5 or better yet, why don't I just rearrange my schedule again on another day. This company is a catastrophe from top to bottom.

Charged $250+ for replacing water supply valve that took 30 minutes to install. This place charges $400 per hour?

$$$ 336 dollars for a 30 min job and he didn't even secure the shower head I had to buy plumbers epoxy to do it myself.

If they call you with a deal for a check up, do yourself a favor and hang up the phone.
Everything was fine at my house until I let them come do a "check up." The air guy came on a Friday, and their plumbing guy came the following Friday. (The plumber was supposed to come the day after the air guy, but they got too busy and they had to reschedule. It wasn't a big deal, but they didn't call me to tell me. I happened to call them and was then notified that they weren't coming that day.)
Two days after the plumber comes, my downstairs bathroom sink is leaking. I call them back and initially they were going to charge me for a service call until I pointed out that their plumber was just there and there were no issues. So, they send another guy out that tells me there is a clog being caused from the air conditioner that connects to the downstairs sink. I was told it would be $280 to have it cleared. Seriously, their air guy caused the problem and they wanted me to pay almost $300???? I declined, and the guy brings me a blue liquid to pour down the drain for 5 days and that was it. A couple days later, my bedroom lights won't turn on. I go to the breaker in my garage and it is tripped because there is water coming into the garage from the air conditioner pan that is upstairs in the air conditioning closet. Needless to say, I didn't bother calling them to come fix it. Instead, I called my usual air conditioning guy and he fixed it for $120 and checked to see if I really needed the part they told me I needed (new capacitor) which I didn't.
I have nothing negative to say about the men that that came out to my house. They were friendly and professional, and I know they are trained to try and make sales.
I will be posting this review on every possible website I can find for this business. I'm sure they will reply like they did with someone else and say it's just "Murphy's Law" that something went wrong after they were at my house. Unless they want to reply and refund me the $120 I had to spend to fix their mistake, they don't need to bother.

If you like to be gouged because you don't know plumbing, this is your place. While I was out of town working, my neighbor noticed water seeping from our water main. He notified my wife and both agreed that it was the PRV (Pressure Regulating Valve) which was the same issue my neighbor had a few months prior. I had planned on personally changing it myself as a preventative measure but never found the time with how busy work has been. Being that my wife was unable to immediately get a hold of me, she decided to go with our neighbor's recommendation. She doesn't have time to wait with a baby and guests at home. She called All Pro Texas on a Tuesday evening at about 6pm. I soon found out about the situation and immediately reached out to All Pro Texas to get better understanding of what was to be charged as I already knew how they pulled the wool over my neighbor's eyes. They said they would have the technician call me after he diagnosed the issue. Instead, I only received information about one option; $697 +$89 for the after-hours visit via my wife's speaker phone. This is not what I instructed the technician to do. Being that I was driving I text my wife to work on reducing the price of the installation however, I wanted them to install the better valve (Bronze vs cast or pvc). They then did the work. After completion of the work (which took all of 1hr and 15min per my cameras) my wife was too embarrassed to even let me know what the final total was and refused to tell me.
The next morning comes and I decide to call APT to discuss their price gouging. I get transferred to the manager (Jesse). I ask Jesse for a line item list of products sold to us and services performed to explain their pricing. He said that they didn't have one but that they could work on something as they do PRVs as a "Package". (What does that even mean???) I then asked what the actual total of their visit costed us. For the "Package" your wife chose, it was $1135. WHAT?!? So you're telling me you charged $900 labor to change a $150 part that took an hour and 15? Jesse responded, well yes that is the "package" your wife signed on. So I ask: How do you sleep at night? Is it alright to charge that kind of price to people? That's outright ridiculous! He responded with, well your neighbor was there and he paid the same. I said, Yeah and neither him nor my wife know anything at all about plumbing. That doesn't make it alright to take advantage of people. He then said, well I don't know what I can do for you. I then said, you can start by refunding me part of my payment, at least back to the only option I heard, which is $697+89 fee. Even then that wouldn't be fair but it's moving in the right direction. He refused to do so and I told him to have a wonderful day.
Once I arrived home, I found that the PRV covering is sticking out 8 inches above the surrounding covers, decorated with several large rocks and a water bottle. I can't even say that the work performed was satisfactory. So here I am writing my first review ever.
For those of you that don't know plumbing, residential PRVs range $40-200 depending on size and quality. The 3/4 Watts PRV that was installed is $129 at any Home Depot or Lowes. 1-3 hrs of labor depending.
APT is Home Advisor accredited and even they claim PRV replacement should cost between $250-350. Don't let yourself become a statistic, make yourself knowledgeable.
