Honest...was willing to find out details with the city planning for previous permit issues on my property. I had three other plumbers who lied to me and did not disclose information learned about the previous permit process problems with my lateral sewer line that runs an entire city block under the street.

Willie is awesome! Called him on a Sunday as my parents had something wrong with one of their toilets. We didn't need emergency Sunday service, we told him just to wait and come Monday morning. He had one job scheduled before ours. He came out and assessed everything and had the whole problem resolved plus a couple of extra things we had him look at and was done in just a little over an hour. So friendly and so nice and an excellent price. We would highly recommend him to anyone. And we are keeping his contact info if we need any other plumbing issues taken care of!!!!

I had my girlfriend call Willows plumbing as my kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged for a month and nothing I could do seemed to help. Willows plumbing came out the same day and was very quick. 5 years ago I called a big box plumber it took several days to schedule and they told me my laundry room would need new pipes to the tune of $2000 so for 5 years I rarely used that sink, Will was able to clean out the existing pipes, and for the first time in 5 years I could use my sink! and he cost HALF of what the big guys charged me.

Bottom line, if you want the job done right, quickly and for a great deal call them up, hes a nice guy and wont steer you wrong.
