Jackson and his construction crew were AWESOME!. We initially wanted to remodel our entire guest bathroom since we had a toilet leak, but we were in sticker shock after hearing what it would cost. Jackson worked with us within a budget we could live with and he was fix the plumbing problem and the flooring. We are so happy with the outcome and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Jackson was thorough from the start, honest, communicated with us extremely well, and his team didn't fool around, they got right to work. Jackson and his crew are extremely professional, pleasant and trustworthy, I would strongly recommend him.

This review is extremely overdue. Jackson and his crew did our backyard renovation right after the fires last year and we were extremely lucky to get him. Jackson was originally going to just install our fire pit. I found him on Yelp when I was looking for an electrician. The contractors we originally hired to do the job caused a massive mess and we had to let them go. Our yard was in chaos and Jackson upon hearing about our predicament said that he and his staff could do the hardscape in addition to running gas and electric lines. He was very friendly, professional and patient with us throughout the process. As you can see from the photo's, his work speaks for itself.

We found Willoughby Construction on Yelp, along with several other contractors. Jackson was very prompt and courteous in his initial contact.The others either did not respond, responded much later, or sent a cryptic, impersonal e-mail that left a bad taste. He came out for a site visit and we were on his calendar by the next week. Jackson replaced our side fences and gates with horizontal redwood and it looks terrific. He does great work with attention to detail. He was also very communicative, which is important to me because I hate surprises. I am happy to recommend this company.

Willoughby Construction went above and beyond for us on a recent project. We have a single family rental house in Napa. We live in Colorado. Recently, between tenants, we decided to take care of a long list of much needed improvements, big and small: kitchen cabinet sanding and painting, new granite counter tops, back composite deck, new windows, many new lighting fixtures, outlets, HVAC vents, cabinet hardware, bathroom fixtures, and countless other items. Willoughby Construction took care of all. The best part is that we were able to trust this process most of the time from a distance. Jackson was in constant contact with us and our property manager. He picked up items that we could not ship. He installed a new microwave that Home Depot could not. Its hard to say enough good things. We highly recommend Willoughby construction.

Jackson Willoughby repaired several large cracks in our lath and plaster walls and ceiling and did a professional job matching the plaster wall's texture. After finishing the paint job we hired them to install a new gas fireplace. They did such a great job that we also hired them to install an electric water heater to replace a very old gas water heater. So glad we did! I would highly recommend Jackson and his crew. Nice local guys!

I called several fence contractors before hiring Jackson - he was available months ahead of one of the few that even responded to me, and reasonably priced as well. He and his buddy did a great job and even finished off a part that ended up being a little tricky due to a neighbor attaching their fence to my rotting posts! It looks great and I'm very happy with the work! Thanks a bunch Willoughby Construction! :-)

We had three posts in our fence rot away. Jackson was able to find some steel fence post supports that didn't require tearing the fence down to replace the rotted posts. His price was reasonable, he was friendly and the work was well done in a timely manner. I recommend him.

Highly recommend Jackson and his crew. He did an excellent job building my fence and gate. My neighbors commented on how nice it was and one even noticed that Jackson used a higher grade of lumber (either pressure treated or redwood) than his.
