D. J.Chris the mechanic gave us a quote and estimate time of arrival. He never showed up. He did not even call us. We waited for him in the Miami heat to repair our car for almost 4 hours. We were finally able to connect with him via phone and he advised us to find another mechanic because he was not coming. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional! I would not recommend him or this company to anyone. If he was not able to do the job he should have advised us early on and we would have reached out to another mechanic.
