Our water tank burst and we called this business... he came out and replaced with a new tank but couldn't life the water tank by himself and stated he would be back... 3 days later and the tank is still in our basement leaking water and rust... he was paid in full and hung up on us when we called him to inquire about whwn he was returning to remove it... stated he had family.plans...

A little crusty, but had that old school professionalism. Kinda tells it like it is. Knows his stuff. Very responsive. Mostly takes on light duty projects. Call him on the phone. Don't rely on messaging.

Good work on multiple visits over the last several years. I was a new homeowner five years ago and had issues with my sewer pump. The owner told me what was going on and took care of the issue that day.

Since then, I've called for a couple of small repairs and a project and have always been able to depend on this company.

Marvin Willis charged us $75 for a quote, without even saying in advance he charges for quotes. When we complained he said that's what he does and that the quote for him was an inspection. We asked for a quote, not an inspection and infact he didn't do an inspection. When he came to our house, what he did was looking at the repair we needed the way any other plumber did without charging us. After my husband paid him the $75, I reached out to him to ask for an explanation and he shouted at me for the entire phone call saying that I shouldn't dare contact him to ask for an explanation, since his quote would allow us to save thousands of dollars. His quote is double the amount of another plumber's quote (btw, that plumber didn't charge for his quote), so that was not only ridiculous, but also insulting. We are extremely dissatisfied and would NEVER recommend this plumber.
