We've used Willis Brothers twice in the past for smaller issues that had arisen in our home. They were very responsive, quick, friendly, and efficient. Both times they came out on short notice and completely resolved our issues. They are officially our go to for any plumbing needs.

We had a water supply pipe with a pinhole leak in our attic and needed ultra fast service to prevent further damage/issues. I contacted some reputable companies and Willis Brothers was the most responsive--I first spoke to them at 4pm and they had an excellent expert here at 7pm to replace the corroded section of copper pipe. I'm not sure how much luck was involved in finding that appointment opening, but we are extremely happy with the turnaround time, quality of work, and pricing. Highly recommend this team.

This is an amazing company! We have used them three times now - water heater replacement, leaking pipe repair, and toilet shutoff valve replacement (which was a DIY project gone wrong, LOL). Each time, they have been friendly, very fast, and incredibly reasonable with pricing. Jason and his sidekick came by our house on Friday to install a new kitchen faucet. Arrived around 10;30, knocked the faucet installation out and were gone by 11:30. Great service, super friendly. My wife and I wanted to express our pleasure in listening to Jason explain everything he was doing to his son, who by the way should be able to take over the business in a couple of years!! I had an emergency at my house where my toddler flushed his toy down the toilet and clogged the pipes. Originally, I had a plumber come who wasn't able to fix the problem. We had no water and couldn't use the bathroom or shower so it was pretty rough and my family was worried it would be hard to fix.

I called Willis Brothers Plumbing and Melissa helped me get everything set up. She was awesome! Jason was here first thing the next morning. He literally had the problem fixed within a few minutes. Jason went above and beyond making sure everything was working and that I wouldn't run into the same problem in the future.

He was even able to get the toy out which was over 60 feet deep in the pipes. He showed me with the camera and got the toy out. Overall it was an amazing experience and I definitely will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!
