Had a slow draining and then clogged kitchen sink. Had another company come out to look and they said I was going to need a whole sewer line replacement to fix. Was referred to Willingham for a second opinion and they were planning to work another job on a Saturday so came by and within an hour had the drain cleared and said no replacement needed. Happy to pay the $325 for that great news! Highly recommend this reliable and trustworthy company.

These guys are a joke.Gave me a estimate for replumbing a upstairs bathroom.Was told a price and what had to be done.Hole in wall that would have a access to pipes.The reason I went with them was minimal damage to walls..They weren't the cheapest.Came home to my ladder left in bathroom with black stains all over walls and ceiling.Then I look at a access panel in my bedroom and there are black screws ran into my ceiling to hole up the frame around access panel.Granted my ceiling is white so they looked great with black screws all the way around the frame.I'm not even sure why they went into that entranceway to attic, it doesn't even go anywhere.Then there were 3 huge holes in my walls in the bathroom they said would only be one panel.I go to hot water heater in garage and they have damged the ceiling in there (it looked like they stepped through the ceiling and pushed it back up trying to hide what they did).I had to reinstall my toilet because it was not properly mounted to floor because they did not tighten the screws correctly.I bunch of clowns is what I would say they are.Never again would I call them for anything.1250 dollars for a job that they were at my house for 3 hrs for and probably had 200 at most in parts and pex piping.

We were on vacation and returned home on a Wednesday to a flooded yard and a busted water pipe outside. Called Willingham (who we have done business with before) Thursday morning, 8/18/22, and was told they'd be there between 2:00 and 4:00 that afternoon. NO ONE ever showed up or called to let us know they wouldn't be able to make it. Called in the afternoon around 4:30 and received no answer. Tried calling again Friday morning after 8:00 AM, called three times within 30 minutes, and no one would answer their phone. Called another company and they said they'd be there between 11:00 and 2:00 that day. They showed up at 11:10 and the job was fixed and completed by 12:30. They were dependable, courteous, and knowledgeable. We won't be calling Willingham for repairs again---NOT dependable or responsive, and after reading some of the other reviews, many others won't be calling them back either.

I am not able to locate my review, so here it is again from August 2022. QUOTE The technician showed up on a Tuesday and made a comment to the effect that he did not want to replace the Thermocoupler Sensor. He lit the Pilot Light and asked for his fee and left. After he left, within minutes the burner cycled off and the pilot light went out. I called the office and was told that he would return on Friday. We proceeded to light the Pilot and allow the burner to cycle through heating the water. He did not show up, he stated that he was not informed when he called back on Monday. He scheduled a time to come by on Tuesday. He arrived and stated that he was instructed to change out the Gas Control Valve. It failed to fix the problem he was unsuccessful to get the Pilot Light to light. Worst part was that he managed to break the original valve so that could not be re-installed. He said that he would need to get to the office but will be in touch. So then, we have NO hot water at all and my Grandkids were visiting, so no hot water for their baths. Wednesday we were contacted and were told that we would need a new water heater for an estimated cost of $1,800.00 and they would not continue in any way to attempt fixing the water heater. We told them to leave our house. We then contacted Okaloosa Gas District, who sent a technician out the same day. The technician came in and checked the water heater out. He then, in short order, proceeded to replace the Thermocoupler Sensor, lit the Pilot Light and watched for three cycles of the burner heating the water. The Pilot Light remained lit and they guaranteed that they would return if it failed again. After checking the water heater over, they stated that the unit was in great working order and would not to be replaced anytime soon. Willingham sent me a bill for the unnecessary part after they broke the original, charging me labor for the technician to break the original part and still did not have a working water heater. We will pay the bill just to end relations with them. We will never call them again or recommend them to anyone for anything. The worst thing was that someone in the office instructed the technician, who stated this to us, that the Gas Control Valve was the part requiring replacement without having seen the water heater. Called Willingham's and made an appointment. Plumber showed up on time and estimated work to be two hours. Plumber left after one half hour to get parts. I called the office at 2pm to see what was happening. Parts had to be ordered and would not be available until 2pm. The plumber did not call back to say parts would not be available until 2 PM. Was told plumber would be to house between 3-330pm, plumber showed up after 4 and installed the old parts because the new parts would not install. Was told he would return Mon-Tues, has not. Have called the office 5 times and no one has answered. Left message to call back each time, no return calls. Cannot recommend any one try to use this plumbing company in the Ft Walton Beach-Destin-Blue water Bay area

Needed a new hot water heater with a drain pan going to outside. They were able to come out the next day develop a quote and then install within a few days. Our project wasn't as simple as take old out and install new. The customer service was fantastic, and their prices were the best of the four plumbers I called. The two technicians who came out were knowledgeable and quick to get it done, will be hiring them again for any other plumbing work we need done.
