I went with Willie Treece numerous times and found them to be extremely reliable, financially reasonable and extremely nice when dealing with my numerous questions. A lot of companies will usually target women with a lack of knowledge for simple or large fixes but with them that was absolutely not the case. I was treated fairly and met with a lesser price than the other people in nearby towns who wanted to rip me off with. For that I was extremely grateful because it's awful not being able to do things like having running water to take a shower or do things like washing clothes, especially when I'm on the go and have to commute often. They fixed everything without any continuing problems and explained things in ways I could understand. Even over the phone they were extremely helpful and patient with me. Thank you all (in the company) so much. I found my plumber, and out here, with all the hard water and septic tanks, we need that in this community really bad. A+

Noticed a ""soft spot"" in the floor between the toilet and shower stall one afternoon while I was cleaning the floor and it seemed to have a slight bowl shape instead of being flat.
I was envisioning the bathroom ripped up...needing new shower remodel. Had company coming and vowed to call a plumber when they left.
Two weeks passed until I could call Willie Treece Plumbing. He'd come to my rescue several times before and I always knew I'd get an honest bid and honest work.
Willie came the same afternoon I called. Crawled under the house and told me there was no wet wood or anything that looked suspicious under there! He explained some scenarios that could have resulted in what I felt...went under again and assured me everything looked good. We talked options...from doing nothing to putting a new wax ring. I opted for a new wax ring. Also my garbage disposal had gone out and he would install a new one. We set an appointment and Nick came out. Professional, polite. Went straight to work. Completed the job, cleaned up and TOOK THE OLD DISPOSAL AWAY! Did a great job on both. New seal and caulking...new disposal!
Fair price and quality work that shows. I trust Willie and I wish they did electrical and landscaping and.....carpeting....but I'm glad he does plumbing!

Do not hire this company. We did a remodel and our contractor used this company. First they didn't cap off a pipe and caused a leak in our ceiling, then they dented our refrigerator moving it back in, they reversed the hot and cold on our washing machine hook up, they left a piece of plastic in the garbage disposal when hooking it up that made us think something was wrong with the disposal, and the worst was hooking up my gas stove and not checking for leaks. Thankfully we discovered it before it blew up my house because it was leaking gas!

Hired them to repair a tankless water heater. Nice guys, but they didn't know what they were doing- despite claiming to have a lot of experience with tankless heaters. They worked for a week and in the end the heater doesn't work at all. Nothing but cold water. But we paid more than $800.
