Highly recommended! The owner, Dennis Williamson, saved us when our pipes froze on one of the coldest days ever recorded. He even went as far as using FaceTime on his smart phone to video chat with us to diagnose our problem and offer us solutions. The experience greatly exceeded our expectations, and turned into a learning experience in plumbing, heating, and the good nature of Vermont small business etiquette.

Dennis from Williamson saved me (to an extent) when I was in a jam. My vacant house ran out of propane and the temps were down below freezing. We couldn't attend to it ourselves. But after calling several plumbing companies, Dennis was the only one who helped me out. He ran over there on his way home and checked out the situation. He reassured me that things looked okay, but that I wouldn't know until I had some heat running through the house. After actually getting sleep after Dennis' prognosis, the next day I spent several hours in the freezing house, the temps finally came up to the point that I could tell we missed a bullet.

I don't know about his actual plumbing work, but I would call Dennis again just based on his willingness to help me in a time of need!

Dennis Williamson and his crew have done a number of jobs for me over the last 5 years. From new construction to emergency repair. In all instances they have gone above and beyond to make sure everything works as it should.

He helped me through a very difficult transition and provided much guidance and support learning how to optimally use a complicated heating system.

Most recently he came to my aid when a boiler system in a rental that I own melted down in the coldest week of this last heating season. He along with his crew replaced the entire system in record time in the most adverse conditions. He worked through the recalcitrant insurance company and was patient waiting for me to be able to pay off the deductible.
