Nadia G.Mainely P&H sent inexperienced and untrained (in my opinion) technician and charges full rates or $95 per hour for their work. They are unprofessional and demand payment before they leave the property. When I asked for an itemized and corrected bill, the cost went up. over four hours to install a standard faucet. The technician had to make multiple calls to for advice, spend lengthy periods out in his truck, complained that the standard instructions were very complicated and confusing and in the end the owner had to come by to assure us that they did a great job. Finally, we had to clean the entire bathroom after they left. will not use them ever again, nor could i recommend them to my enemy.
