Wish I could say the same about great service. We had a project in which we fired our contractor, we made good on paying this plumber his full amount when the contractor did not. however work was still incomplete! He continued to nickel and dime us for things I believe he didn't properly in the first place! Poor customer service and communication. As the owner of the building he was working on, I felt very out of the loop when I would personally call him, he seemed frustrated to discuss matters with me. He is charging us astronomical amounts for additional inspections and repairs, we still have insufficient water pressure issues, leaks, and unresolved issues that he was compensated for. He doesn't seem to be equipped as other plumbers to install vanities, refrigerators with water and ice dispensers, dishwashers, or stoves or washer and dryers either. He often didn't follow through with showing up when he said he would. Poor service and sub-par professionalism and work ethic. Would Not recommend
